There is such liberation and joy in finding one’s own vibration and unleashing it fully in the world. Can you think of a time when you were in touch with and living true to you? A time when you were in your strength and power. What does it feel like? Strong, free, vibrant, playful, joyful, liberating, empowering… these are some of the words that come to mind. Yet for many of us, remaining in touch with our own vibe is a challenge. The world is full of distraction and it’s easy to be pulled out into something other than our own truth and beingness.
In our current world there are so many influences that try to make us like everyone else. Ingrained social conditioning places much emphasis on doing and success is often based on things such as material gain and power. From an early age we are given roles that may not necessarily be in our best interest. We are encouraged to behave well, study hard, find a good job and make lots of money and so forth… Society doesn’t place much value on being, expressing or creativity just for the sake of it. Our own unique expression and vibration is not widely respected.
However, the full expression of our selves is so inspiring, fulfilling and worthwhile. We don’t need others to tell us how to be or what to do, inside we have all our own answers. When we surrender and let go of any external demands, we can find true love and joy. Sometimes there is the temptation to look to the outer world to provide us with solutions and to be a source of our peace and happiness. We may find being true to our own vibe difficult because of insecurities or lack of self worth. We may act in a particular way or compromise our own vibe in order to fit in or feel loved by others. Yet ultimately ease, peace and acceptance needs to come from within. This quote from Mary O Malley’s book “What’s in the Way is the Way” speaks strongly “No love from outside of you will ever fully satisfy you, because the only way to relieve that longing is to know who you truly are.”
Of course, this does not mean we dismiss the outer world, it is also part of us, it can be a very valuable teacher and massive source of inspiration in our lives. What we see in the outer world is a reflection of our inner world, the external offers us a mirror so that we can see ourselves and feel our own vibe more clearly. Have you ever noticed that when we feel love for someone, we feel it inside of ourselves – the love is in us! As the Dalai Lama once said “The ultimate source of happiness is within us”
So what about the pain and suffering that we experience in the world and within us? It can be beneficial to remember that our soul wants to take us into the places where we get tight, so that we can release the tensions and blockages that restrict us. Working through these distortions paradoxically helps us to get to know ourselves better, to evolve and grow. By confronting and working through these difficult places we come back to our own vibe, stronger and more connected. There appears to be a delicate balance between working through our pain and discomfort and living from a place of joy and lightness.
A Unique Expression of The One
We are each a unique expression within the Universe and finding our unique vibration is so vital. It’s easy to be swept along by others or identify with our emotions. We are not our emotions, we may feel sad, though we are not sadness. Particularly for empaths or sensitive people this can be challenging, as they tend to feel the energy and emotions of others within their own field. It can take some awareness and experience to recognize when we are identified with something other than ourselves. We can subtly (sometimes not so subtly) sense what another might want or need and align ourselves with another’s truth rather than our own. This can happen to such an extent that we are no longer aware of our own vibe.
Some of us have an unhealthy need to maintain harmony, even at the expense of our own truth. Others in order to gain a sense of belonging can mesh or combine their energies with that of a group to the extent that they lose connection with themselves. Awareness of this is a massive key, once we become aware of such patterns playing out in our lives, we have a choice. We can continue to compromise ourselves and blend with others or find new ways of connecting with our own vibration and living our truth. We can chose to find our own way in any moment, we each have a unique path as an expression of the Whole. As the great mystic poet Rumi said “It’s your road and yours alone, others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.”
How to Find Your Own Vibration:
Here are some suggestions for ways in which you can attune to your own vibration. Of course each of us is unique and some of these suggestions may resonate and others may not. It is important to explore what feels right for you.
Watch and notice how you are, what goes on inside of you in the varied situations and circumstances in which you find yourself. Pay particular attention when you are around other people, do you lose your sense of self in particular situations? Become curious about what is happening in your life.
Find the core of your beingness, it can be really beneficial to breathe down into your belly and feel your power from here (or wherever you feel it inside). It fuels the flames of our fire within.
Find what brings you joy – spend time doing things that bring lightness and ease. Give yourself permission to play, have a bath, an afternoon nap or whatever else nourishes you. Perhaps leave some time aside each week and take yourself on a date, do something inspiring and nourishing for you, visit an art gallery, go out for dinner… etc
Do what feels right for you, even if it seems like you may disappoint others or not live up to the expectations of society. Express your truth and honour your boundaries!
Unleash your creativity — dance, sing, write, paint or create whatever floats your boat so to speak.
Spend time in quiet, meditate or go for walks in nature. It’s great if you can find time to yourself every day.
Sometimes you may need significant time on your own and it may be right to withdraw from family and friends for a period of time until you find yourself again.
Accept and embrace the challenges in your life, work with rather than deny or avoid your pain. By clearing your blockages and tension you gain a deeper connection with your true self.
Notice signs and synchronicites that may be guiding you, the key is to notice how you feel about them inside.
Get in touch with your gratitude and appreciate the wonder of the world around you.
Here is an inspirational video to encourage you on your journey of tuning into your own vibration and following your heart.
Best wishes in finding your own vibration. May the path of exploration bring you to a place of truth and authenticity, so that you can feel your power and joy. Your vibe rocks!
With love and blessings,

Things have drastically changed since Galileo was placed under house arrest for his scientifically accurate views, simply because they threatened the beliefs put out by the Catholic Church at the time.
Today, things have changed, to an extent. We still have information that is heavily controlled by the global elite. This small group of people and the corporations they run practically control all aspects of our lives, from media and finance to healthcare, education, and more. Most importantly, they control all of the information we see and read, whilst labelling everything else as ‘fake news.’ It’s a good thing this isn’t considered a conspiracy theory anymore, because if it were, we’d be in big trouble. Eisenhower warned us about the potential of “misplaced” power that would severely undermine American democracy. JFK warned us about the fact that there are those who wish to capitalize on an announced need for increased security, and that it would be “seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of censorship and concealment.” Today, some historians estimate that the U.S. government classifies trillions of new pages of text every single year. You can read more about that topic, the Black Budget, and Special Access Programs (SAPs) here.
Things are different in the sense that the religious and spiritual communities are much more open to information and evidence that help us to understand the true nature of reality. Many religious and spiritual teachings are actually being confirmed by science, and that is evident by the list below. Take, for example, the Dalai Lama. He’s never been a stranger to science, and throughout his leadership he’s constantly advocated for the collusion of science and Eastern philosophy.
As Vice News points out:
This intersection of interests was manifest in the diversity of His audience, which was comprised of roughly 150 Tibetan bhikkhus, academics, and students who had piled into the conference center at Jawaharlal Nehru University to listen to the Dalai Lama and a panel of physicists and monastic scholars discuss the intersection of quantum physics and Madhyamaka Buddhist philosophy.
It’s truly amazing, especially in the fields of neuroscience and quantum physics, just how much knowledge our ancient cultures had regarding the true nature of reality. In many cases, modern day science is in fact catching up to this ancient knowledge. Personally, I believe science can take us far, but only so far, as we are burdened today by scientific dogmas and an industry plagued by corruption.
“Despite the unrivaled empirical success of quantum theory, the very suggestion that it may be literally true as a description of nature is still greeted with cynicism, incomprehension and even anger.”
– T. Folger, “Quantum Shmantum”; Discover 22:37-43, 2001
Non-material science began to emerge at the turn of the nineteenth century when physicists started to explore the relationship between energy and the structure of matter. When they did this, the belief that a physical, Newtonian material universe was at the very heart of scientific knowledge was abandoned, and the realization that matter is nothing but an illusion replaced it. The very make-up of an atom is comprised of what we believe to be empty space. At this point, scientists began to recognize that everything in the universe is made out of energy, and this has been known in the scientific community for more than one hundred years.
“Some materialistically inclined scientists and philosophers refuse to acknowledge these phenomena because they are not consistent with their exclusive conception of the world. Rejection of post-materialist investigation of nature or refusal to publish strong science findings supporting a post-materialist framework are antithetical to the true spirit of scientific inquiry, which is that empirical data must always be adequately dealt with. Data which do not fit favored theories and beliefs cannot be dismissed a priori. Such dismissal is the realm of ideology, not science.”
– Dr. Gary Schwartz, professor of psychology, medicine, neurology, psychiatry and surgery at the University of Arizona (source linked below)
Although scientific methods based upon materialistic philosophy have contributed much to our world, this philosophy has dominated the world of academia to the point that it has restricted the sciences from exploring other models and prevented the equal study of mind and spirituality. When we discovered phenomena that could not be explained by classical physics, it led to the development of quantum mechanics. This introduced the concepts of energy, frequency, emotions, feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and consciousness. It’s since been discovered that these concepts play a vital role in what we refer to as the physical material world today.
“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”
– Nikola Tesla
The points made here summarize the problem with not recognizing, acknowledging, and examining phenomena that go past the borders of the physical material world. These points were co-authored by Dr. Gary Schwartz of the University of Arizona, Dr. Mario Beauregard of the University of Arizona, and Dr. Lisa Miller of Columbia University. It was presented at an international summit on post-materialist science, spirituality, and society.
**** The Summary Report of the International Summit on Post-Materialist Science, Spirituality and Society can be downloaded here: International Summit on Post-Materialist Science: Summary Report (PDF).
As far as spirituality is concerned, the idea that you can control your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and use them to manifest your reality, is commonplace. The existence of “Chi” or “Prana” from ancient Eastern traditions both acknowledge this non-material world. Also known to some as the “Akash” or “Aether,” or that from which all comes. The primary source of creation in these realms is non-physical forces that our senses cannot identify, but modern day scientific methods can.
“The aakaash is not destructible, it is the primordial absolute substratum that creates cosmic matter and hence the properties of aakaash are not found in the material properties that are in a sense relative. The aakaash is the eternally existent, superfluid reality, for which creation and destruction are inapplicable.”
– Paramahamsa Tewari, engineer, physicist and inventor (source)
“And they allowed Apollonius to ask questions; and he asked them of what they thought the cosmos was composed; but they replied; “Of elements.” “Are there then four?” he asked. “Not four,” said Larchas, “but five.” “And how can there be a fifth,” said Apollonius, “alongside of water and air and earth and fire?” “There is the ether,” replied the other, “which we must regard as the stuff of which gods are made; for just as all mortal creatures inhale the wire, so do immortal and divine natures inhale the ether.” “Am I,” said Appollonius, “to regard the universe as a living creature?” “Yes,” said the other.
– The Life of Apollonius of Tyana, Philostratus, 220AD (source)
These concepts are now at the heart of modern day quantum physics and neuroscience. Most of our pioneering scientists were actually mystics. Take Nikola Tesla, for example. He was heavily influenced by Vedic philosphy, and had correlations with Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902), who was one of the most famous and influential spiritual leaders of the philosophies of Vedanta (one of the six schools of Hindu philosophy, the term originally referred to the Upanishads, a collection of philosophical texts in Hinduism and yoga. He was the chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and the founder of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission. He is a giant figure in the history of the Hindu reform movements.
Yo can read more about that and how Tesla was influenced by Vedic Philosophy here.
“No point is more central than this, that empty space is not empty. It is the seat of the most violent physics”
– John Archibald Wheeler
The Mystery of Consciousness
“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.”
The quote above is from Max Planck, a physicist who has been credited with originating quantum theory, which won him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918.
“It was not possible to formulate the laws of quantum mechanics in a fully consistent way without reference to consciousness.”
– Eugene Wigner, theoretical physicist and mathematician. He received a share of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1963.
There are a number who share the same sentiment, and plenty of science showing that factors associated with consciousness do indeed have an effect on our physical material world, so much so that one wouldn’t really know where to start. This topic also branched off from the information listed above.
The quantum double slit experiment is a very popular experiment used to examine how consciousness and our physical material world are intertwined. It is a great example that documents how factors associated with consciousness and our physical material world are connected in some way.
One potential revelation of this experience is that “the observer creates the reality.” A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays by Dean Radin, PhD, explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. (source)
Then we have topics such as telepathy and psychokinesis that fit into this realm.
“Broadly speaking, although there are some differences, I think Buddhist philosophy and Quantum Mechanics can shake hands on their view of the world. We can see in these great examples the fruits of human thinking. Regardless of the admiration we feel for these great thinkers, we should not lose sight of the fact that they were human beings just as we are.”
– The Dalai Lama

Below is a discussion about consciousness, what it is, and where it is, by Deepak Chopra. There are many such discussions on this topic, and personally I don’t really think consciousness can be completely defined or understood, but I think we are close. It’s amazing to see more science examine this concept given the fact that it was spoken and written about thousands of years ago.
It’s fascinating to consider just how many ancient teachings tell us that humans have the capacity to gain extraordinary powers through various techniques. Some of these techniques, known as siddhis in the yoga tradition (from the Sanskrit, meaning “perfection”), include meditation, static dancing, drumming, praying, fasting, psychedelics, and more.
In Buddhism, for example, the existence of advanced powers is readily acknowledged; in fact, Buddha expected his disciples to be able to attain these abilities, but also to not become distracted by them.
A professor of Buddhist and Tibetan Studies at the University of Michigan, Donald Lopez Jr., describes the many abilities ascribed to Buddha:
With this enlightenment, he was believed to possess all manner of supernormal powers, including full knowledge of each of his own past lives and those of other beings, the ability to know others’ thoughts, the ability to create doubles of himself, the ability to rise into the air and simultaneously shoot fire and water from his body. . . . Although he passed into nirvana at the age of eighty-one, he could have lived “for an aeon or until the end of the aeon” if only he had been asked to do so. (source)
This is correlated with modern day scientific study of ‘super powers.’
Russell Targ, for instance, is a physicist and author, a pioneer in the development of the laser and laser applications, and a cofounder of the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) investigation of psychic abilities in the 1970s and 1980s. SRI is a research and development think tank in Menlo Park, California. Called remote viewing, his work in the psychic area has been published in Nature, The Proceedings of the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), and the Proceedings of the American Association the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
He recently gave an interesting talk tilted “Everything I Know About ESP.”
The point here is that these phenomena are studied at the highest levels of government, and they correlate directly with ancient stories stemming from various cultures of people with ‘superhuman’ abilities.
Health and Fasting
“Humans live on one-quarter of what they eat; on the other three-quarters lives their doctor.”
– Egyptian pyramid inscription, 3800 B.C.
Fasting is a tradition that was incorporated into many ancient cultures, from ancient Vedic traditions to Buddhist traditions and more. Fasting is not to be confused with starvation; it’s the process of restrain and control from the sensorial experience of eating. Many religions and spiritual teachers have urged others to fast in order to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. It’s no secret that fasting is one of the, if not the, oldest health interventions known to man.
This is probably one of the best examples of modern day science catching up to ancient Eastern mysticism. Within the past couple of years, an enormous amount of research has shed light on the health benefits of fasting. Studies have shown that, if done properly, it completely reverses type two diabetes, kills cancer, regenerates stem cells, regenerates the pancreas, repairs damaged DNA, and flushes toxins from the body. It also helps to reverse multiple age related diseases and repair the brain.
Despite these facts, doctors still advise against it, without any science to back it up. All of the science points towards nothing but good things, which are detailed in several articles we’ve published on the topic, which you can see below:

Life After Death
Is the brain a receiver of consciousness, or is consciousness a product of the brain? Although science has not yet shown with absolute certainty that consciousness exists separately from our physical organs, there is a lot of evidence (both anecdotal and scientific) that indicates that consciousness is something completely separate — that it continues on even after we have deceased, that it is and can be a separate “thing” from the brain. There seems to be a lot of consistency when it comes to studies that have examined this issue. New findings within this field are rapidly changing how we perceive and relate to the physical world.
Life after death is obviously a common topic within spirituality and religion, although all do not agree on exactly what happens.
Below is a video of Dr. Bruce Greyson speaking at a conference that was held by the United Nations. An Emeritus professor of psychiatry and neurobehavioural science at the University of Virginia, he is considered to be one of the fathers of near death studies.
In the video, he describes documented cases of individuals who were clinically dead (showing no brain activity), but observing everything that was happening to them on the medical table below at the same time. He describes how there have been many instances of this — where individuals are able to describe things that should have been impossible to describe. Another significant statement by Dr. Greyson posits that this type of study has been discouraged due to our tendency to view science as completely materialistic. Seeing is believing, so to speak, in the scientific community. It’s unfortunate that just because we cannot explain something through materialistic means, it must be instantly discredited. The simple fact that “consciousness” itself is a non-physical “thing” is troubling for some scientists to comprehend, and as a result of it being non-material, they believe it cannot be studied by science.
A number of scientific publications have been made on this topic. For example, in 2001, international medical journal The Lancet published a 13-year study on Near Death Experiences (NDEs). (2)(3)
“Our results show that medical factors cannot account for the occurrence of NDE. All patients had a cardiac arrest, and were clinically dead with unconsciousness resulting from insufficient blood supply to the brain. In those circumstances, the EEG (a measure of brain electrical activity) becomes flat, and if CPR is not started within 5-10 minutes, irreparable damage is done to the brain and the patient will die.”
A total of 344 patients were monitored by the team of researchers, and an astounding 18% of them had some sort of memory from when they were dead, or unconscious (no brain activity), and 12% (one out of every eight) had a very strong and “deep” experience. Keep in mind that these experiences have occurred when there is no electrical activity in the brain following cardiac arrest.
You can find more examples at the bottom of this article.
We Are All Interconnected
This is a common theme in spirituality — how we are all connected to each other, and how we can all co-exist and thrive together. If we understand how everything is interconnected, we can make better decisions and become more aware of what impacts we are having not just on a physical level, but on a mental level as well.
This type of interconnectedness spoken of in spiritual teachings is also demonstrated by science. Take Quantum Entanglement, for example, a strange phenomenon that Einstein referred to as “spooky action at a distance.”
Multiple studies have confirmed this to be real. For example, an experiment devised by the Griffith University’s Centre for Quantum Dynamics, led by Professor Howard Wiseman and his team of researchers at the University of Tokyo, recently published a paper in the journal Nature Communications confirming the existence of something Einstein did not believe to be real: the non-local collapse of a particle’s wave function.
They did this by splitting a single photon between two laboratories, and testing whether measurement of it in one laboratory would actually cause a change in the local quantum state in the other laboratory. In doing so, researchers were able to verify the entanglement of the split single photon.
Elizabeth Rauscher, a nuclear physicist who is a former researcher with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Livermore National Laboratory, and the Stanford Research Institute, as well as NASA, gave an interview where she said that quantum entanglement experiments have been conducted with NASA astronauts in space.
What it means is that either information is travelling faster than the speed of light, or there is no such thing as seperation, that there is an instantaneous transfer. This would mean that space is simply the construct that gives us the illusion of separation.
Below is the trailer to a great documentary that explores this topic even further. It’s called The Connected Universe. All of the studies conducted in parapsychology, psychokensis, and telepathy (government studies mentioned above) also lend more credibility to this hypothesis.
The Mind-Body Connection
“A growing body of scientific research suggests that our mind can play an important role in healing our body — or in staying healthy in the first place. . . There are now several lines of research suggesting that our mental perception of the world constantly informs and guides our immune system in a way that makes us better able to respond to future threats. That was a sort of ‘aha’ moment for me — where the idea of an entwined mind and body suddenly made more scientific sense than an ephemeral consciousness that’s somehow separated from our physical selves.”
– Garth Cook from Scientific American
We’ve covered this topic extensively, and it’s truly amazing. Spirituality advocates for the healing powers of the mind, and how our mind, thoughts, and emotions influence our health and those around us.
I’ve put together a few articles on the topic that go more in-depth if you want to read more about it:
This Is How Powerful The Mind-Body Connection Really Is
What Science Is Telling Us About The Heart’s Intuitive Intelligence
What Science Is Telling Us About Earth’s Electromagnetic Fields & How They Connect To Our Own
Above is a quick summary of points under each heading to show you that there is a connection here. If you feel the need to explore the topics further, please do so.
I felt compelled to share these similarities between science and spirituality because, within the mainstream, they are seen as completely separate topics that don’t relate to each other at all. This is puzzling, because there are so many examples of instances where they do intersect and complement each other.
Based on all of my research into quantum physics, neuroscience, and other science in general, these similarities are not hard to see. In fact, in some cases, modern day science completely confirms ancient Eastern philosophy.
Perhaps our planet needs to return to its ancient spiritual roots, and since we are so programmed in this modern world to see science as the bearer of truth, perhaps it can help lift us into a more spiritual type of existence — one where we acknowledge these facts and what spirituality has to offer us. I do believe we are currently in the midst of a spiritual revolution, and the science coming out that’s confirming these concepts only helps the cause.
At some point we have to question our belief systems that’ve been ingrained into us over the years, and question whether spirituality is “just another religion,” because it definitely doesn’t seem that way. Thanks for reading.
Awhile back, at one of my workshops, a woman approached me quite upset.
She had been having lunch with other participants in the seminar and the topic of trust had come up. She admitted to the group that she had trouble trusting others. Her new-found friends began to immediately offer ways to help her.
One suggested affirmations like “I fully and completely trust the universe.” Another offered a visualization exercise to see herself as a flower of light fully open to the world. A third offered her a private healing session at half price. Everyone at the table seemed to agree that if she trusted enough, the universe would mirror itself back to her that way.
In other words, she should be trusting to everyone and then they would act in a trustworthy way. This person, new to personal growth, left the group quite dismayed. She found me in a hallway between sessions and asked if she could run something by me.
“What do you think?” she asked. “Can I trust the universe?”
“Trust the universe to do what?” I asked.
She blinked and proceeded with her line of thought. “They say I need to trust more”
“Trust whom,” I asked.
“Rubbish,” I said.
She blinked again and a slight smile came across her face.
“Tell me,” I asked. “Who in your life, right now, do you find trouble trusting?”
“My boyfriend,” she responded without a moment’s hesitation.
“And what has he done?” I asked.
“Well he says he loves me, but he has cheated on me twice. I wonder if I can trust him.” ”
How did it feel when you found him cheating?” I asked. “It hurt.”
“I think that your natural gut-wisdom is telling you to put up a boundary to protect yourself.”
“But is it spiritual?” she asked, truly perplexed.
As a psychotherapist it has been my observation, for some time now, that much in the New Age is psychologically dysfunctional. I had an engineer friend who referred to these New Age “truisms” as NABS, or New Age Bullshit. They are like those little snacks you eat at cocktail parties. They fill you up for a bit, and give the illusion of nutrition, but they are empty calories.I think that one of the NABS currently in vogue is the notion that one should let down one’s guard and be fully and completely open. As a therapist I think this idea is potentially dangerous and here’s why.We have many levels to ourselves. At one level, the transpersonal, we may be spirit, unbounded by time and space, but at another level we are mammals, like dogs, and cats, whales, dolphins and monkeys, to name a few. We have biology. And our psychological health depends upon balancing our transpersonal (out-of-time) aspects of “self” with our personal (bound by time) aspects. At the level of our biology, our body wisdom understands quite clearly the need for boundaries. Every cell has a cell wall that keeps out the world. Any cell that lets down its guard is quickly going to perish. The cellular walls set a boundary for the cellular processes inside to continue. The walls also keep out toxic invaders like viruses, bacteria and other biochemical demons.
The message? Without boundaries, there is no life.
However, the cellular walls also have little openings to the world. These portals are guarded, but if the cell senses that a visitor is beneficial, it will open the molecular doors. If the visitor is toxic, however, the doors remain closed. Among the beneficial visitors are things like oxygen and nutrition. Without these “life messengers” the cells will eventually die. The precarious forces within our animal bodies responsible for continuing life depend upon a balance between boundaries and openness.
In other words, at a cellular level, our biology has an innate wisdom to distinguish between something toxic and something life-enhancing. Biological systems set up boundaries between themselves and that which is toxic while, at the same time, they open themselves to that which brings increased life.
In the psychological realm the same principle holds true. There are situations and people that are life-enhancing and others that are toxic. The psychological task for mental and spiritual health is to distinguish between toxic people and those that are healthy. Unfortunately, while our bodies naturally create healthy boundaries, we have to learn how to create both mental and emotional boundaries between us and the world. For many of us, growing up in dysfunctional families, the skills of compassionate boundary making were never taught.
And what do I mean by compassionate boundary making? Well to explain this, I think I probably need to discuss “judgment” and “discrimination.” They are not the same thing. And this will lead us directly to the woman’s question at the beginning, “Is it spiritual to set a boundary?”
Quite simply, discrimination is assessing the apparent truth of a situation while judgment is placing a value upon the situation as “good” or “bad.” For instance, back to the young woman and her quandary about her “two-timing” boyfriend. His actions hurt her, or to be “psycho-politically correct,” she allowed herself to be hurt by his actions.
That he did this twice and might do it again is discrimination. It is logic, simple logic. This is discrimination, the act of discriminating apparent truth from bullshit. There is no judgment in this, just observation. She has observed his behavior and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to conclude that he might (probably will) do it again. If she wishes to avoid getting hurt again, she would do well to set up an emotional boundary and to become detached from his advances. This is discrimination in action.
This is different from judgment. If she were to decide that he was a “shiftless and worthless bastard,” for instance, she would be placing a value judgment on him. Discrimination, by nature, is neutral; it is not emotionally charged. It is simply a mental recognition about a reality. There is no blame or judgment in this, simply observation.
Compassionate Boundary Making first requires a discriminating look at the situation. One must clearly see the situation the way it is without romanticizing and without trying to make it into something it isn’t. If the person or situation is not healthy for you, you remove yourself. Period. End of sentence.
In the process of removing yourself from the situation you resist the temptation to judge the person or situation, as “good” or “bad.” Even though you might not understand his or her motives, and even though you might feel hurt by the situation, you give yourself and the “offender” the gift of spaciousness to do what they need to do — with one clear limitation, so long as it does not impinge on you.
I love what a southern grandmother once told a friend of mine, “Your rights end where my nose begins.” How beautifully direct and pragmatic that statement is!
One psychological task facing all of us is to distinguish between what is healthy and unhealthy. Psychological maturity requires that we act on our own behalf to separate ourselves from that which damages us. How we separate ourselves from those things that are toxic is a matter of personal style more than anything else.
As Paul Simon said in one of his songs, “Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover,” there are many ways to separate ourselves from toxic situations and people.
For those of us striving to be more conscious in our actions, and perhaps, more spiritual, the task requires compassion as well. But compassion does not mean becoming a “door mat” for someone to walk all over you. Rather compassion means creating a mental and emotional space in yourself to allow other people to be themselves, even if you don’t understand or agree with them. Compassion does not, however, mean that we let others intrude into our emotional space. That is submission, which is not the same thing. As we grow in psychological and spiritual strength, we may find that we are no longer comfortable with certain persons or situations. What seemed to be nourishing or at least neutral, is now perceived as toxic. This sometimes happens with family members, spouses and friends. I am noticing that, for many of us, this phenomenon looks like it is increasing. Perhaps it is because things are speeding up and more seems to be happening in less time. Perhaps it is simply the price of self-evolution.As we pass over a line in ourselves from unconscious to conscious (I should probably say semi-conscious, to be more exact), we may find ourselves having to set boundaries with past relationships. This can be very challenging to say the least. For those of us caught in this dilemma, I suggest the Way of the White Cloud. The Way of the White Cloud is to see all things and all situations as essentially devoid of substance. What appears to be very real at the moment becomes only a memory. The apparent solidity of things and the gravity of a situation is actually a mirage, an illusion. Buddhists call this samsara. And we are caught up in it by virtue of having an embodiment. The art of living, from this viewpoint, is to live and take action without getting caught up in the snares of the illusion.
When clients get stuck in interpersonal conflict, I sometimes have them imagine going into the future, maybe a hundred years and look back at the situation. In almost every case the charge is dissolved. The hostility gives way to a recognition of impermanence. Why, the “wisdom mind” asks, should we get caught up in this when it is so insignificant from the vantage of expanded vision? In the realms of samsara, nothing is permanent. All is transient, like white clouds. By becoming aware of this truth, we see that we are all in the same boat, so to speak, the boat of samsara, or illusion.
It may look like someone or something has “the upper hand” at the moment, but that is true, only from one perspective. We all suffer, both the dominators and dominated, because we are, all of us, time-locked into time and space. We are also free and open, for a part of us is both unbounded pure consciousness and luminous light. This pure consciousness and luminous light may or may not be directly experienced by us, but it is there, nonetheless, like the clear sky hidden by clouds. Our clouds of obscuration, those thoughts, feelings and patterns of behavior that hold us in the samsaric lies of limitation come and go, like the clouds. But the clear sky is always there.
The spiritual task, for those of us desiring to live with more compassion, regardless of the lineages or traditions we follow, is to penetrate this level of ourselves, the place of pure mind and unbounded light. For the gift of this is that we become suffused with a direct knowledge of the relativity of all things. We can afford to be gracious in our dealings with ourselves and others because we recognize that things are not what they appear to be. The act of compassionate boundary making comes out of our luminous and unbounded nature.
Even though we may have been “hurt” by a particular situation or person, from the view of the transpersonal, all of this is like clouds, in one moment vividly real and in the next moment, gone. This spaciousness allows us to let others be without the need to judge, defile, or seek revenge.
For the young woman mentioned earlier, making a compassionate boundary with her boyfriend might look like her telling him three things: first, that based on his past behavior she has concluded that she cannot trust him; second, she is leaving him; and three, she holds him no ill-will. She goes on with her life and he goes on with his.
Now, this does not mean that the desire for judgment, defilement or revenge doesn’t arise in our minds especially when we perceive being hurt by another. But the spiritual discipline of not indulging these thoughts, feelings, and fantasies is a powerful niyama, (Sanskrit, meaning constraint or control). Niyamas, such as the attempt to remain harmless to oneself and others, strengthen both the soul and personal will. Besides reducing interpersonal stress, compassionate boundary making affords us real insight into the state of our own psychology.
What I mean by this is that for some of us, it may be a challenge to let someone “off the hook” who has harmed us in some way. But if it is anyone who is let “off the hook” it is ourselves, since the desire for revenge or retribution on another is an emotional and spiritual poison.
And so, to the woman I mentioned at the beginning, I would say “yes.” To set a boundary between ourselves and another can be spiritual. How it is done makes it “spiritual” or not. If the “spiritual life” is an attempt to live with an awareness of the sacredness of life, then compassionate boundary making is, in fact, aspiritual act. To set an appropriate boundary is necessary for all biological life. It is also a requirement for mental and emotional health, and I would venture to say for the “spiritual life” as well.
To say “no” to ourselves or another can sometimes be the most courageous and powerful act imaginable. And sometimes, saying “no” to someone is more “loving”(i.e., caring) than saying “yes.”
There is another piece in relation to boundary making: detachment. Finding your truth and acting on it regardless of how others might react is the benchmark of personal sovereignty. Such action requires the ability to create and hold boundaries. I am reminded in this of a story.
One day the immortal yogi, Babaji, was meditating in a forest with his chelas (disciples) up in the Himalayas. A man stumbled upon them and recognizing the great yogi, he begged to become a disciple.
Babaji refused and told the man to leave. Instead, the man followed the group wherever they went. Finally, Babaji threw rocks at him and told him to go way.
The man, distraught, told Babaji that if he, a great yogi, did not accept him as a disciple, he would cast himself off the nearby cliffs. Calmly, Babaji told him he didn’t care what he did. With these words, the man threw himself to his death on the rocks below.
Babaji went down the side of the mountain and brought the man back to life. Having dissolved immense negative karma, the man was accepted as a disciple.
Gurus are notoriously irascible. They follow impulses that we can hardly even imagine. At the very least, this is a story about spiritual boundaries. Hopefully in our journey to wholeness none of us will have to jump off a cliff; but all of us will, no doubt, have to set boundaries from time to time.
May all of us find ways to be more compassionate in our boundary making. And may we find the strength to open and say yes, when we mean yes, and the courage to say no, when we mean no. End. . . .

A lot of people mistake Spirituality for Religion or some mysterious, supernatural occurrence. Some even think of it as a sect but this is because of their lack of knowledge and their fear of being manipulated. If we move past this and try to study and understand what spirituality actually is, we’ll come to a realization that it is nothing mysterious or supernatural nor in any way connected to a sect of any kind. These 7 differences between Religion and Spirituality will help you understand what Spirituality actually is.
Religion Makes You Bow – Spirituality Sets You Free
Religion tells you to follow an ideology and obey certain rules or you’ll be punished otherwise. Spirituality lets you follow your heart and what you feel is right. It sets you free to be what you truly are without bowing to anything that doesn’t resonate as right with you nor to anyone because we are all one. It is all up to you to choose what you’ll honor enough to make it divine.
Religion Shows You Fear – Spirituality Shows You How to Be Brave
Religion tells you what to fear and tells you consequences. Spirituality makes you aware of the consequences but doesn’t want you to focus on the fear. It shows how to stand despite being afraid, how to move on doing what you feel it’s right despite the consequences that may come. It shows you how to act on love and not on fear, it shows you how to control fear and use the best of it.
Religion Tells You The Truth – Spirituality Lets You Discover It
Religion tells you what to believe and what is right. Spirituality lets you discover it by yourself and understand it in your own unique way. It lets you connect with your higher self and see with your own mind what truth is because the truth as a whole is same for each one of us. It lets you believe in your own truth through your own perception of your heart.
Religion Separates from Other Religions – Spirituality Unites Them
Through our world there are many religions and they all preach that their story is the right story. Spirituality sees the truth in all of them and unites them because the truth is same for all of us despite our differences and uniqueness. It focuses on the quality of the divine message they share and not on the differences in details of the story they speak.
Religion Makes You Dependent – Spirituality Makes You Independent
If you attend religious events only then you are seen as a religious person and someone who is worthy of happiness. Spirituality shows you that you don’t need or depend on anything to be happy. Happiness is always found deep in ourselves and only we are responsible for it. We are always where we need to be and not just while attending at some events or buildings. Divinity is in us and that is why we are always worthy.
Religion says that if we don’t obey certain rules there is punishment that awaits us which relies on our belief. Spirituality lets us understand that every action has its reaction and realize that the punishment of our actions will be the reaction coming from the actions we set in motion. It relies solely on the fundamental forces of the Universe and it doesn’t need you to believe in that force to be true.
Religion Makes You Follow Other Journey – Spirituality Lets You Create Your Own
The foundation of one religion is the story it tells about a God or Gods, their journey to enlightenment and the truth they have discovered making you follow their steps. Spirituality lets you walk your own journey to enlightenment and discover the truth in your own way following what your heart tells it’s right because the truth is always the same no matter how you get to it.
Every religion came by spirituality, by the journey through which one person became God. The details of the story are not important they just help the character discover the truth. The message that shares the truth is what is important, the Divine Code of the human heart that resonates harmoniously through each of us. That is why every religion has something true in it, the truth.
Accept what is and allow change to occur around you
When we suggest for you to accept what is, we mean to be lovingly aware of all situations occurring in and around you — both personally and globally. This means to accept the appearance of what is occurring, without judgment. There is a greater truth underlying all things, no matter how it appears. When you accept a situation as it is, it allows you to release any attachment to having it be different. It is this attachment that can cause you pain.
Just as a child grows and blossoms when in an atmosphere of acceptance and love, so does our world become more expansive and creative when we bring to it this energy of acceptance. When we try to force a child to do what we want, when we have great attachment to his or her behavior conforming to our idea of what is appropriate, the child’s energy is restricted. There is no freedom to express the expansiveness of individual creativity.
This also happens to the adult. When there is too much judgment about behaviors and actions in the world, there can be no free-flowing expression of the creativity and love inherent within each person. This does not mean to be tolerant of behavior that is destructive. It means to be aware of the way things appear, to remember the greater truth, to ask for the qualities we would prefer to have manifest, and then to release our attachment. This allows God and the Angels to begin to work in and through all things.
When you release a person or a situation to Spirit, you allow them to be in the Divine Flow taking them to their highest good. Know that even though you have prayed for the greater good, you do not know precisely what this will look like. This is where faith comes in. No matter how something appears, if you have prayed, that prayer is being answered. It does not assist things for you to be attached to the outcome. Know that Infinite Intelligence is working, creating change in the direction of balance and harmony. If there is more that you can do, trust that you will be guided to know this through your intuition.
Acceptance and Allowance are two of the greatest powers available to you. These two energies free you to live in the expansiveness that is your divine birthright. When you are in Alignment with the Divine working in your being, you have an expanded perspective about life, there is greater freedom to express the dynamic, creative qualities inherent within you. There is greater love, for yourself and for all others. You also will feel connected to your Higher Self, which brings about great joy. It is as the Master Jesus said, “Know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Remember your message from Archangel Gabriel today:
Accept what is and allow change to occur around you

Many people today have heard about the scientific explanations that quantum theory provides – such as the vibratory densities of all physical objects, showing that in a very real sense, the physical reality that encapsulates the human experience is nothing more than one large vibratory collage – a song with infinite variety. Hence the common explanation given from the Book of John, “In the beginning, there was the Word…”
While there are a lot of individuals who simply think, “Wow, what a cool idea this is”, and leave it at that, there are more deeply probing, inquisitive minds that have begun pondering more fundamental questions that this proposes, such as: If life is a song, then what is its tuning? And if there is a tuning, then how does a human determine what it is – and can we tune ourselves to this key signature?
Researcher Jamie Buturff, is one of these inquisitive minds. Having deeply investigated Pythagorean mathematics and esoteric sciences. Founder of 432 Design, LLC, Buturff has based his research premise and material around the complex analysis and understanding of 432 Hertz, which has been scientifically demonstrated by Buturff and his colleagues to represent the literal frequency of the human crown chakra. Actually, Jamie has validated and brought to light the hertz translation of all of the chakra points, all of which have been demonstrably proved in FDA-approved laboratories as controlled and professional scientific experiments. The document can be viewed here, and the table reads:
The study, conducted at the Centre for Biofield Medicines in Pune, India, can be seen in its entirety here.
This, in conjunction with the full extent of Buturff’s research, conclusively confirm these hertz tones. The scientific study confirms that these frequencies had a large spectrum of advanced therapeutic potential for biological life, especially when these frequencies were directed towards their ascribed bodily chakra points for therapy. Essentially, this study confirmed the tuning capability that these frequencies have on the chakra points.
Many people are probably wondering why they have not heard of Jamie Buturff and 432 Design, especially since he has been providing research on the subject since 2010–and it will not be surprising to many, considering the level of knowledge in his research, that his official research-oriented YouTube channel is literally blocked for viewing in America, even though Buturff himself is an American citizen that uses literally no vulgarity on YouTube whatsoever. Luckily, since Buturff is an honorable researcher, he can’t be legally banned from YouTube as a whole, and thus he continues to pump out videos, many of which can still be individually viewed in America–but when an American tries to click on his personal channel, or subscribe, it is quite clearly blocked out.
However, if this blocking was not some sort of indicator that this is some invaluable material, then the trolling-spree of Jesuit-affiliated, egotistical shill, Leonard Horowitz on Jamie Buturff and 432 Design is certainly an indicator. Knighted by the Sovereign Orthodox Order of the Knights Hospitaller of St John of Jerusalem (a secret society inherently wed with the corrupt Vatican Jesuit Order), Horowitz has systematically made a career of spreading disinformation, castigating and even threatening a variety of authentic researchers throughout the years, and his own research seems to be heavily oriented around stroking his own ego.
In reality, however, despite the braggadocio that Horowitz exudes with the boasting of his PhD, his constant insistence that he is a chosen instrument of the “Creator,” and other narcissistic traits that this doctor demonstrates, he is only popular on his own website, and on blogs that fail to do their own research into this phony activist. In an account given by Dr. A. True Ott (whose website can be viewed here) it seems more than plausible, although not confirmed, that Horowitz is a legitimate agent of Military Intelligence of CoIntel Pro nature that is tasked with networking with authentic researchers, gathering data on their work, and reporting it to military intelligence. A piece written on the matter by Investigative Journal can be viewed here, and it is quite a thorough and damning read for Horowitz.
Before moving on, it is important to briefly mention the disinformation that Leonard Horowitz represents to the realm of Esoteric Frequency Mathematics. While this may be a bit confusing for those unfamiliar with the terminology, suffice it to say that Horowitz insists that the heart chakra can be measured at 528 Hz, and promotes the idea that the Solfeggio Ratio components are actually equivalent to the chakra point vibrations, and are an imparted spiritual gift upon humanity.
Known as the educational music scale “Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti,” Horowitz claims it to be an ancient scale used by humans, but it wasn’t actually developed until the 11th century. Also, these are six notes, leaving one chakra point out anyway. He is also popular for promoting the claim that geneticists actually use the 528 Hz frequency to repair damaged DNA–and this claim is completely unstudied, unverified, ill-founded, and essentially total bogus. And in any case, the only evidence really needed to disprove Horowitz is to play his Hertz frequency measurements that he has applied to this ratio–supposedly an ancient gift of harmony.
When actually played, the scale is hardly even a scale, and is completely disharmonious. This is a complete dead end in terms of understanding the frequencies of nature, and Horowitz not only adamantly denies any fallacies with his research, he consistently and vehemently attacks researchers that openly dispute him.
In actuality, to be fair, the Solfeggio Ratio is an important piece to this puzzle. Discovered by Buturff, this ratio is actually the Family Number Groups of circuitry developed by mathematician and inventor Marko Rodin over 30 years ago with his invention, the Rodin coil. This means that these numbers are the frequency spectrum at which the energy in the Rodin coil travels–an example serving as a Rodin coil would be a guitar, and the Family Number Groups being the fingers pressing on the strings to produce the specific notes. Horowitz, as discussed by Buturff in the video below, is using numbers that equate to the fingers on the “guitar” of the Rodin Coil, not the notes produced. Jamie Buturff and 432 Design have scientifically validated his information over Horowitz’s.
To discuss advanced mathematician Marko Rodin is to discuss the coming paradigm shift in mathematics, zero point energy, and suppressed technology. Rodin’s story is so interesting because, while he has certainly received his own amount of suppression, he has been astonishingly successful with the development of his research. His prominence is continuing to rise, both due to the thoroughness of his research and the efficacy of his inventions.
The Rodin coil is a toroidal coil used to conduct electricity that uses schematics developed by Rodin, previously unknown in modern-day mathematical computation. The invention essentially serves as an electronic torus field, and the coiled circuitry,
“… naturally creates a greatly increased magnetic field in the center of the torus, when compared to a conventional coil wound with the same amount of wire. In addition the field generated is much more coherent, in the sense of being much more sensitive to a particular frequency of applied current. These properties are the basis for useful applications of the Rodin Coil, as well as for any limitations in its use.”
The article quoted here, explaining the Rodin coil in-depth, can be read here. Marko Rodin is continuing his groundbreaking research to this day and even Rodin’s mathematician protegé’, Randy Powell, is making waves in the research community, garnering his own following in conjunction with Rodin. In the recent documentary, Randy’s Donuts, the research is explained in great depth, and the website can be viewed here.
As final thoughts on the matter, the reason Buturff has so deeply involved Rodin’s research in his own is due to the incredible applications that the coil possesses. Not only did Rodin develop his circuitry technology using his study of esoteric Pythagorean mathematics and numerology, but as discussed in the quote, the coil magnifies electrical currents applied to it quite precisely. Long story short, the Rodin coil has allowed Buturff the technology to adequately gather his research and accurately test it. As well, Leonard Horowitz considers Marko Rodin a disingenuous fool.

The current tuning of all music today is generally 440 Hz; however, many musicians have tuned their music to 432 Hz, such as Bob Marley. Consider that, and the effect that modern music, at the wrong setting, has on you.
Here is a video comparing and discussing the differences between 440 and 432 Hz, and why all music should be tuned to 432 Hz, as it had traditionally been tuned by humans in the past:
For more information, check out the article: The A=432 Hz Frequency: DNA Tuning and the Bastardization of Music
In summation, Globalist-elitist efforts (who are inherently involved with esoteric secret societies that teach these esoteric understandings) have gone through great efforts over the years to bury this information, and have even apparently disseminated disinformation agents to help keep it that way. However, the word is coming around, and with such attention being drawn to Rodin by the Nikola Tesla-inspired and Elon Musk-fueled mathematical/electrical forefront–it seems like the time for public understanding of these esoteric principles is getting closer and closer.

About the author:
A journalist/author from Anchorage, Alaska, Anthony Tyler is a purveyor of the esoteric. He seeks to twist the knife in phony New Age ideals, big government agendas, and today’s contrived state of scientific materialism. Far from being “Satanist,” the esoteric (i.e. occultism) etymologically marks the beginning of mathematics, astronomy, psychology and psychotherapy, medicine, and even politics through historical veins such as the Gnostic Mystery Initiations. Too few people today understand that ancient man considered “God” to be an ideal of ultimate Truth, and thus religion and science were never conceived to be separated. These truths have become a mere forgotten birthright into today’s postmodern society, but with esoteric data that men died to conceal for thousands of years now just an internet-search away, the opportunity for a societal balance presents itself.

Respect and gratitude to The Last American Vagabond, where this article first appeared.
Planet Earth houses an estimated 8.7 million different species, with approximately 6.5 million living on land and 2.7 million in the oceans. We have an abundance of different animals and fish living all over this big blue sphere, and when you really stop and think about the vastness of this planet, it’s pretty amazing.
Keep in mind, this is only one planet; a tiny spec within this giant thing we call the multiverse. We know that 8.7 million different species live on our planet alone, so how many actually live out there?
It’s a puzzling question, and sobering, too. Even if just one more planet in the universe held the same diversity of life, that would represent a further 8.7 million species to discover. And if one more planet has life, it’s reasonable to assume others would as well.
To boggle your mind even further, let’s review just how small we are in comparison to the universe: For every grain of sand on every beach on Earth there are 10,000 stars, and the Milky Way includes billions of Earth-like, potentially habitable planets. The Milky Way itself is only one of billions of galaxies, and we may be living in an infinitely-increasing number of universes, otherwise known as the multiverse.
Keeping the infinite and incomprehensible size of the multiverse in mind, let’s focus our gaze within for a moment. We are all souls living in these human bodies, and we came here to gain experience and knowledge. Your soul has chosen to incarnate or reincarnate into your human existence right now, but what was it doing beforehand?
Were you living on Earth? Perhaps you’ve lived hundreds of lives, continuously reincarnating again and again onto this planet. Or were you a different species, one that we’d consider extraterrestrial? Or maybe, could this be your first time ever incarnating onto Earth?
Many of us feel there’s more that meets the eye when considering those 8.7 million species living on Earth. What if, within these shells, many of our souls are actually all from different species ourselves?
If you’ve always sort of felt like you’re not really “human,” that you don’t necessarily fit in with the rest of the crowd, then welcome. Take a seat, and know that you’re not alone. Many people who feel this way refer to themselves as Starseeds; they’re simply souls that are not native to planet Earth.
Are You a Starseed?
So, you now know what the concept “Starseed” means: a soul that is not originally from planet Earth. The real question here is, what exactly does that mean to you? Does this concept resonate with you, do you feel like Earth truly is your original home, or do you feel like it’s just some made-up term to justify not fitting in? I encourage you to read the rest of this article, and ask yourself those questions as you read it.
A lot of the time, if a topic doesn’t resonate with you, then it’s probably not for you. But, if you find yourself reading this article and you’re attracted to the word “Starseed” and are curious to learn more, then perhaps you were meant to read this information.
The term “Starseed” in and of itself is really beautiful when you think about it. It basically represents someone who’s simply come from a different star, planet, solar system, etc. that’s then been planted here as a seed to help us collectively grow and bring awareness and positive change to humanity.
It is said that many Starseed children were born in the 1980s, and even more so in the early 1990s. Many people who feel that they’re Starseeds also feel like they don’t fit in with society. Some other common traits that people feel coincide with being a Starseed include:
Feeling like you don’t fit in with society, your social groups, or perhaps even your family. Many Starseeds may feel disconnected from their family, almost as if they’re not related. Well, perhaps that’s because you’re just new to Earth, and haven’t quite gotten used to the energies here in the same way that your family and many others in society have!
You may have a difficult time understanding social constructs or societal norms. Small talk may not be your thing, and you might shy away from social gatherings or feel a little left out, even when you do attend them.
You may not completely understand or support the economic system or the conventional education system, or even the cultural norms or religions you grew up with.
You may question authoritative figures and hierarchy within society, or anything else that separates us on a societal level.
You may dislike linear subjects such as mathematics and linguistics, and prefer more creative, out of the box subjects. You may find difficulty in expressing yourself through words and prefer to exercise creativity as a form of self expression.
You might remember past lives that are very clearly not from Earth.
You may be very empathetic and, as a result, can easily pick up on other people’s feelings and are susceptible to their energies. This isn’t always easy, as anyone who can easily pick up on other people’s energies are more vulnerable to them, taking on their negative feelings and stress.
At the end of the day, all of this research into our souls and reflection on who we could be outside of this human experience are the manifestation of a deeper desire to understand who we truly are. Although information like this could be helpful to some in opening up their minds to the vast possibilities that their true self could represent, ultimately the only way to discover who you truly are, beyond your personality and human identity, is to go within.
It is said that Starseeds have come to planet Earth in the masses in order to help shift humanity toward a higher level of consciousness. It can be difficult to truly recognize this positive shift given all of the turmoil overseas and even in our own backyard, but it’s important that we have faith and know that this shift is taking place.
So many issues are surfacing, challenging humanity to deal with them head on so we can learn from our weaknesses and come out even stronger. From electing Trump to exposing corrupt corporations like Monsanto and Big Pharma to the mass propaganda campaigns regarding Syria and even Russia, there is so much light being shed on the all of the turmoil that’s occurring within the depths of humanity.
More and more people are increasing their awareness and becoming passionate about topics that truly matter, all of which is helping to bring about this massive shift in consciousness. Even the climate is changing, with the result that more and more people are starting to understand and address human impact on the environment. These issues may seem disheartening at first, but they’re helping to bring about a lot of positive change within society, change that’s been needed for a long time.
Whether you feel like you’re a Starseed or not, we can all be a part of this change and inspire others together. After all, sometimes when we feel like we don’t fit in or belong in this world, it’s simply because we’re meant to help create a new one.
NEW DELHI — I remember so well the first time I visited New York. I was 13, and though I had been to America once before, New York had deliberately been kept from me. The name alone conjured an adult world of glamour and excitement, the mythic New York of the 1980s: Andy Warhol and Studio 54. “It’s not a place for children,” my mother said firmly.
And my God, was she right! Within moments of our arrival in Manhattan, the gay pride parade started. It was not then the tame, corporate affair it is now. It was a bacchanal. There were not one, but two parades, and we were swept up — myself, my mother and her friend, a longtime New Yorker — in the unofficial one heading down Fifth Avenue. It was a roistering river of humanity, half in leather, half nude. Unruly regiments, hair blue, pink and green, went past, covered in glitter, tattoos and fairy dust.
For a sheltered teenager from India, who had never so much as seen an exposed breast in real life, let alone a set of pierced genitals, it was all deeply shocking, and deeply exhilarating. It was 1994. The AIDS epidemic raged and gay rights were a distant dream; the parade was full of the spirit of revolution.
I did not know at the time that I would later return to the city for the very same freedoms that were being fought for in the street that day. What I do know is that the Delhi prude in me died that June afternoon. I watched my mother’s friend, a tall statuesque woman, stride casually into a restroom. When a big, burly man tried to point out that it was the men’s toilet, she said, “So? This is New York!”
It’s hard not to think of that time now. Most of the eight people killed in the terrorist attack in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday were foreigners visiting New York. One group, especially — five friends from Argentina celebrating the 30th anniversary of their high school graduation — had been planning their trip for years. They were part of a great unorganized commonwealth of people, out in the world, whose imagination New York has captured. It is heartbreaking to think that those for whom the dream of New York is most alluring should be the victims of so vivid a nightmare.
I now live for part of the year in New York. My husband is here, and the city is my adoptive home. We who are fortunate enough to complain of delayed trains, traffic and astronomical rent often forget the power of the city as a symbol in the world beyond. I lived for years, on the outside, hankering after New York. I had spent one magical year here after college, living as a lodger in the Bowery loft of the feminist writer Kate Millet. I was here for the great blackout of 2003, when people poured joyously into the streets, and underwear parties broke out in bars.
In youth, it is easy to mistake New York as a sphere of license. But, as I got older, the city acquired a deeper meaning. I was here when my father, a politician in Pakistan, was the victim of a terrorist attack, killed in 2011 by his own bodyguard for defending a Christian woman accused of blasphemy. The next day, a cold January morning, I trudged past the small hillocks of begrimed ice that had formed on the curb, and bought a copy of this newspaper at a deli at Avenue A and Third Street. A picture of my father’s killer was on the front page.
I left New York a day later and did not return for years.
But, all the time that I was away, the city came more and more to seem like a sanctuary. The freedoms that had seemed superficial turned out to have a more profound meaning: New York was where I would return when a populist demagogue took power in India. New York was where I would marry, and live freely, with a tall white man from Tennessee. New York was where I would feel insulated when a populist demagogue took power in America.
The Austrian writer Stefan Zweig was in New York a hundred years ago, as his own world of the Austro-Hungarian Empire was on the eve of ruin. He saw “foaming cascades of light in Times Square” and marveled at the city’s “captivating nocturnal beauty.” One thing that struck Zweig, a Jew who would die by his own hand in 1942 as Nazi night fell over Europe, was this: “No one asked about my nationality, my religion, my origin,” he wrote in his memoir. “But there was work waiting for people to do it, and that was all that counted.”

You were brought into this world for a divine reason. You have been placed here on earth by Heaven to help others and to learn about your life’s purpose. Before you were even born, Heaven mapped out a plan for you that you are meant to fulfill. All the people you have met, the challenges you have faced, and the opportunity that has come has been selected for you to learn grow and experience life to the fullest.
2. You Are Never Alone
As you walk through life, know that you are never alone. Walking silently next to you are your Angels, Spirit Guide, and Loved ones that have passed on. They are your support team in Heaven, encouraging you to take the next step and to keep pushing forward no matter what. They believe in you, and will send you signs along the way to remind you that they are nearby. You can talk to them at any time and they will be there ready to listen. Do you feel their presence?
3. You are being shown a learning experience by Heaven.
Each challenge you are faced with is meant to be a learning experience designed for you to overcome, and to help you grow stronger. Know that Heaven would never let you take on something that you cannot handle. If Heaven leads you to it, Heaven will lead you through it. At the end of the day, it’s the struggles, challenges and life lessons that shape who we are, and teach us the most about life. Look at some of the challenges that you are being faced with. What can you do to grow and move past them? How can you change your life for the better? Heaven will often ‘test’ us by leading us through the same situation or challenge over and over and over again until we decide to change. Once you do, your whole life becomes so much easier, and positive energy and opportunity starts to flow in.
4. After a hurricane comes a rainbow
Heaven wants you to know that there is light even in the darkest of places. Nothing is ever permanent. Life is constant and ever changing. Even death is not permanent instead it is a transition that takes us to the paradise where our family awaits us. Know that no matter how challenging a situation might seem now, in the end, it will all make sense to you and is all part of your soul’s evolution. Take a moment to think about the past, and how the challenges of yesterday created a better tomorrow. That is Heavens reasoning, your eyes are being opened to the future so that you can grow, prosper, and be happy.
5. New opportunity awaits you.
There is enough room in the universe for everyone. Stay motivated and keep your eye on the future. Opportunity is all around you, and it is never too late to take control of your life or to pursue new opportunity. Think of each day as a gift that you have been given with new surprises to unlock. Heaven wants to remind you that whatever you put your mind to, you can accomplish. Thoughts are actually waves of energy that can manifest and attract what you are thinking of. That being said; keep your thoughts positive and your intuition set for the future. Let Heaven and the universe direct you to the steps to start your next chapter. It is unwritten and waiting for you!
6. You are growing spiritually
The more you learn, the more you grow. The more time you spend here on earth, the more you learn about yourself. You learn about your strengths that will help you and your weaknesses that you can improve upon for the better. Spirituality is about being the best person that you can be while getting back in touch with your soul. If you are feeling out of control or off balance, dig deep into your spirituality. You can use your faith as a crutch to lean on and spend time reconnecting with nature and the outdoors. Take a moment to open your door and look around. All the things you see the birds, the bees, the trees, the floors were placed here for you to enjoy and take advantage of. Heaven placed these things here to remind you of all the beauty life has to offer.
7. You are discovering a new support system.
As you move through life, you will meet new people who will help you along your life’s journey. Some will walk with you and help you, and others will be pulled to fulfill their own destiny. Keep walking forward and know that Heaven will provide to you the people who will help you. Sometimes people leave our life so that others can come in and lead us the rest of the way. Know in your heart that Heaven will provide you the best path to take. Listen to the advice of others and the guidance that they are giving you. The hardest thing is trying to do everything yourself, know that it’s okay to have a support system and let others in. Sometimes it’s when we let our guard down that everything just seems to get better.
8. You are stronger than you think you are.
If you have made it this far, you can make it the rest of the way! Sometimes life gets tough but its how you pick yourself up and carry on that is the real blessing. You have been given the strength that you need to move forward from any situation. No matter how hard or challenging a situation may seem, take a moment to remind yourself that you are strong. When life gets overwhelming go back to the drawing board and create a life’s plan. Make a promise to yourself that you will put yourself first and do whatever it takes to find happiness. In Heaven’s eyes you are the most important person in this world. When you feel you have come to a crossroad, ask Heaven and your Angels to lead you the rest of the way.
9. You have the power to manifest.
Heaven is listening to your thoughts, needs and desires. They want you to be happy, to achieve greatness, and find peace. The journey to happiness and success begins with a strong mindset and determination. When you make up your mind and put all your intention on something, Heaven and the Universe pays attention and will help you. Heaven will lead you to the steps to take but it’s up to you to go where you are being lead without fear. Each night before you go to bed, tell your Angels and the Universe what you want to achieve, or what you want in life. This is part of the ‘Law of Attraction’ and it will help your soul on the journey of fulfilling your dreams!
10. The future is much brighter than you think.
There is always something good that comes out of each day, even the days you may think are bad. Always choose to look for the silver lining. When you reach the other side, everything you have been through will all be explained, and you will see Heavens divine reason. Their message to you is never give up. Put your hand over your heart and feel your heart beating. The beating you feel is your life’s purpose and Heaven reassuring you that there is a reason you are alive. Live fearlessly through each day, and know that the future is BRIGHT! Forgive often, laugh loud and smile, that is the key to Happiness!
Believe it or not, you are here on Earth for the sole purpose of Radical Self-Expression. So, instead of following the crowd and suppressing your True Self, you should be following your dreams, and doing what you really want to do!
Of course, some people fear that if we all do what we want, the world will be in chaos, but, since the world’s already in chaos, and actually nearing the point of extinction, what do we have to lose? But, enough with the doom and gloom, here’s why radical self-expression will change the course of history, and why it’s crucial for you to participate…
Both advanced quantum physics and ancient spiritual knowledge agree that we are all made from the same One Energy Source, and this source of energy not only has consciousness, it is consciousness. Indeed, there is One Universal Mind that orchestrates every aspect of life. From the most complex galaxies down to the simplest one cell organisms, no detail is left undone.
Therefore, by virtue of being alive, we are all inter-connected by Universal Mind, and through a direct connection, Universal Mind has the ability to guide our lives harmoniously.
Nonetheless, free will allows us to ignore higher guidance and make our own choices. However, if we’re not listening to Universal Mind, in all likelihood, we’re entranced by “Social Mind.”
Unlike the omnipotent power of Universal Mind, “Social Mind” is built on a complex, yet fragile, grid of illusions. Made up of dogma, tradition, religion, culture, media, social standards, and a dynamic web of convoluted systems, the false power of “Social Mind” is fueled and sustained by everyone who participates. Indeed, every problem known to humankind, from poverty to violence, can be traced back to “Social Mind.”
Social Mind Radio
While living in a hypnotic trance, induced by “Social Mind,” most of us have been brainwashed into submission without even knowing it. Once entranced, it’s difficult not to follow societal norms, and, consequently, it becomes natural to repress self-expression in lieu of external rewards, and, as a result, most of our choices revolve around fitting in, being accepted, acquiring financial gains, improving worth, and avoiding fear and judgment.
Because the disempowering dynamics of “Social Mind” are based on competition, scarcity, and survival of the fittest, individual behaviors are all too often self-serving and not in support of the collective. Therefore, rather than expressing free-will, we mindlessly compete for material success, status, and power, and, as obsessive compulsive behaviors dictate self-sabotaging choices, a pandemic of greed spreads “social disease” worldwide. Consequently, there are no winners in a finite game of survival.
So, instead of tuning into the smooth vibes of Universal Mind, humanity’s “radio receivers” have been tuned to Chaos 101.9 – “Social Mind Radio.”
Needless to say, as long as we stay tuned, “Social Mind Radio” will keep playing the same old doom and gloom, and as long as we believe what we’re perceiving, we perpetuate pain and suffering – both on a personal and global scale. Therefore, instead of trying to eradicate the era of doom and gloom, let’s just change the station!
Fortunately, without humanity’s participation, “Social Mind” is unsustainable. Therefore, as humanity awakens from a deep spell of disempowerment, the structures created and sustained by “Social Mind” begin to crumble – making humanity ripe and ready for a New Dream that is based on planetary harmony and abundance for all.
Orchestrated by Universal Mind, the New Dream is broadcast through “Universal Mind Radio,” and since there are billions of potential receivers, if enough of us tune in and follow guidance accordingly, we will inevitably come into harmonic resonance.
The World is a Puzzle
Imagine the New Dream represented by a giant puzzle consisting of more than 7 billion pieces. Each representing one piece of the global puzzle, every human being has a specific role to play. However, knowing that many people would not fulfill their piece of the puzzle, many were given similar roles. Luckily, not everyone needs to do their part, and when a certain threshold is met, the New Dream will manifest for all to experience.
Since the threshold is yet to be met, your participation is greatly needed!
In order to participate, you must courageously free yourself from the dynamics of “Social Mind” and this means waking up from “social trance” and thinking for yourself. At first, others might judge you for breaking social tradition and standards, and you might even be considered “rogue.” However, by becoming an independent thinker, you will reconnect with Universal Mind.
Therefore, your mission, if you shall accept it, is to be you!
Your mission is fulfilled by fearlessly being who you really are, and, therefore, Radical Self-Expression is the key to success! So, what is Radical Self Expression?
Radical Self-Expression naturally unfolds as you “follow your dreams!” Your unique dreams inspire you to be who you want to be, do what you want to do, love who you want to love, and live the life you want to live. You see, quite brilliantly, the blueprint to complete your specific piece of the global puzzle is stored within your dreams, and by following your dreams and being your Real Self, your mission is seamlessly fulfilled.
Indoctrinated into a world where people mindlessly support themselves through work they don’t love, maybe your dreams were discouraged and even defined as a luxury you can’t afford. However, rather than being a luxury, following your dreams is now a necessity for world transformation, and, therefore, the one thing you can no longer avoid. Hence, this also means that self-expression is not selfish as once believed, but, rather, your mission on Earth.
Following your dreams is not a luxury, but, rather, a necessity for world transformation!
Love is the Guiding Force!
To ensure that you would follow your dreams, your dreams were programmed with love, or, rather, you were programmed with love for your dreams. Think about it; have you ever considered why you love to experience specific things and not others? Well, none of it is random. In fact, the love you have for certain things is both intentional and purposeful so that you will naturally gravitate toward your pre-chosen path.
Keep in mind that a dream can be anything you love to do, be or experience, and, therefore, you don’t have to invent a life changing thingamajig or solve the world’s environmental crisis. Big or small, the dreams you have for life are the dreams you volunteered to fulfill before you were even born, and the same dreams Universal Mind has for you.
Just as the love of a dream or desire gets your attention, love also inspires continued participation while providing energy for expression. Along the way, you may receive monetary gains, material incentives, recognition, and even special awards, yet, beyond all that, rest assured, love is the ultimate reward – and it was designed this way. By following your dreams, and doing what you love to do, not only do you fulfill your piece of the puzzle, you also align with your Best Possible Destiny.
No Time Like the Present!
In many cases, dreams don’t come with foresight, and the only thing we have “to go on” is the love and desire to do something, be someone, or go somewhere. In fact, the details of a dream may be vague until we consciously commit and take action, and, even then, we might only receive guidance as needed. Since it can be scary to take action without knowing the full plan, it’s common to wait for clarity, but, if clarity doesn’t come until you move forward, you could wait forever.
Therefore, if you want to fulfill your part in Humanity’s New Dream, you must act on inspiration, but, rather than a huge leap of faith, small yet consistent steps can make a substantial difference.
Radical Self Expression Can Save the World! (It’s the #1 Reason to Follow Your Dreams!)
So, instead of billions of fearful people following the diseased “Social Mind” into oblivion, imagine a billion people waking up, and through the guidance of Universal Mind, transforming the world! No doubt, when enough of us follow our dreams, and aren’t afraid of Radical Self-Expression, we will complete the global puzzle, and as the New Dream manifests on Earth, life as we know it, will never be the same again!
Since there’s no better time for Radical Self-Expression, wake-up and do what you love to do!
