I did a reading several days ago, the imagery I could see clear as day, the understanding, non existent. The imagery was actually rather simple. I single rope hanging down form a skewed out platform about 10 – 15 feet above the earth. By skewed I mean, covered with this golden cloud like energy that I could not see thru. The rope had a series of 10 knots in it at one foot intervals from top to bottom. My lady had her hands on the third knot from the ground, hanging there, suspended in air and not a thing surrounding her at the ground level of her life (that I could see anywayz) or as I said, skewed at the top level. I could not any incoming information to help her understand what this is representing to her. She did say that she was suddenly let go from her job of 22 years. It would be cheaper to hire someone knew in her position than to keep her. I am sure that played into what I was seeing, but could not verify it by her fields energy. This was just pesky, all the readings before and even after that, had been flowing effectively. I rescheduled her to Sunday, several days later. Seeing without understanding does not make a reading and I will never assume a thing.
The days leading up to Sunday, in between most of the readings thru each of the days, I would see her and her rope, so clearly as if we were back in her reading, but with no further information coming forth.
Imagine my surprise that when I connected with her yesterday, I could only see my floor. No field, no information, no anything. I had already done a reading earlier, so I know I am seeing. Why haunt me thru the days only to create a blank on the day we were supposed to dive deeper and get understanding???
So imagine my surprise as I sit down to write and wondering where to start, my lady hanging from her rope appears at the forefront of my mind. Coupled with a (virgin) man I read for on Saturday. So I will share his reading before I tie these two together…. within my own life field, which I have been begging for months now, to understand.
My beautiful man showed up building a doorway in his center field. Altho I did not see the entire house, his team said the house is built and he is now just finishing his new doorway, the threshold of his new life. The wood he used to frame out the doorway was different, alive. A blend of wood and energy and it had breath to it. I could see and feel this wood breathe. He used gold nails at the top of the doorway, silver at the bottom, completely in balance within himself. Completely unified in his use of tools (spirit and earth.)
When I looked thru his threshold out to his larger field, there were suddenly three opportunities before him. Three roads he will be given the opportunity to choose from and travel.
One road was deep green and made of a rubber like substance. There was such a bouncing, joyful energy to this path. Heart centered and just….fun!! Another road was black, made of coal. It was explained that if he choose this road, the alchemist within him would be at the forefront and he will turn the coal into diamond. He was also cautioned, if he choose this path, it would be hard work, unlike the green path. The third path was, at first glance, a hollowed out large tree. In order to travel it, he had to be on hands and knees and crawl thru it. As I watched him in this potential, the pulp of the tree grew into his body and he became one with the trees.
Altho he will have three choices, he will only be able to make and travel down one of these paths. One is not better than the other, just very different, and each will require different strengths that he possesses.
Now, let me put these two readings on pause and share a little bit about what I have been dealing with the last few months. I have not shared any of it for the simple reason, when I share adversity in my body, I get overloaded with unsolicited advise of what I should do and what I should take to assist…. often times, by the hundreds. Altho I appreciate the love it flows from, it becomes like chaos balls being shot out in rapid fire.
Sometime, I think in October, I woke up one morning, put my feet on the floor and swore I developed a ball on the ball of my left foot. It hurt like freakin crazy. I assumed I had swelling at the ball of my foot, nope. But man oh man, it sure as hell felt like it. It felt like stepped on one of my grandsons toys and it became lodged in the ball of my foot. For weeks I hobbled and learned to walk on the side of my foot, about three my right foot developed the same ball of pain. No swelling at all, just pain anytime my foot touched the floor. Fortunately my bedroom slippers and my shoes both have memory foam cushions inside, which provide surprising relief when I walk.
Of course, with the onset of the first foot, I started to do what I always do, have a conversation with my field. Am I out of step with something, out of alignment. Doing something I shouldn’t be doing or not doing something I should. No response at all.
As the weeks crept by, this pain spread, primarily on my left side. My knees, my thigh bone (femur,) my sit bone (pelvic bottom,) to the point, walking, sitting and laying are all highly uncomfortable activities now. As Decembers energies raged thru this planet, this pain infiltrated my hands and wrists and continues to spread and worsen. I need two hands to pick up my cup of coffee or open my kitchen cupboards and even that, is painful. Typing is painful, which is really the main reason I do not share every day. Some days hurts more than others and I need to make sure I have time to rest my fingers between thoughts.
I am pretty sure I developed Psoriasis Arthritis. I have all the classic symptoms, not to mention I have had psoriasis since I was 17, close to 40 years now.
For months now, I have been trying to understand what is happening within me and why. In the old body, joint pain would represent inflexibility. Holy shit, if I become any more flexible I would break. I was trying to fit that into my world, what I do I need to be more flexible with in my path or my reach for life (since it is feet and hands that are in the most, constant pain.) Crickets… nothing at all coming back to me.
We won’t even talk about the constant chronic fatigue I am dealing with.
The one thing I keep coming back to, I have not felt well, physically, since August 30th, the day I left Scotland. Not one day.
I was on my knees yesterday, begging my team for understanding. It is hard enough not being able to breath and move like I once did, but that is tolerable, this chronic, spreading pain, not at all. Again, crickets. That is… until I woke up this morning. I could see my mans reading, most especially, his coal path. Turning coal into diamond takes so much pressure and heat.
My lady hanging by the rope. She too, developed asthma as well as sinus issues several years ago. Her team refers to her often as the divine mother. She has 5 children, another will be on the way (she is 40, bless her patient heart.)
The rope is her ascent into yet another level of her evolution. Each knot that I see, is a pause in circumstance getting her there. With her being at the third knot, 3 being action and communication, her 22 years of work (master builder energy) was cleared so she could fully focus on her next phase of ascent. Her and her husband are launching a new business together this year.
The space between the knots, is the assimilation point. We are all in such a delicate state of absolute change, inside and out, there must be assimilation of each life circumstance that takes us to the next area of experience.
Spirit has said, many many many times thru the years, the decades really, that there are things we do not get to know because we would choose to go around it and not thru it.
If, for one moment, I had knew that my trip to Scotland would be the last time I felt physically well, I would have scheduled it for my next lifetime. Fully knowing and understanding that the biologically changes happening thru humanity at this time, MUST come thru the human incarnate, I (the Lisa/human) would have declined.
But instead, on the very day I turned 55, I took a trip to the land where time began, walked and breathed many of the standing stone formations, inhaled the sea breezes of pure energy and at the soul level agreed to turn the carbon based biology into the crystalline biology thru my physicality, my body.
I am not alone tho. Many of us are going thru biological changes that are rather unpleasant, but crucially important. We are not broken, but changing. What we have to fully realize, that what worked for dysfunction will not work for the changes that are happening now. Maybe more clearly stated, what worked in the coal (carbon) body, has no place in the diamond (crystalline) body.
I want to take this moment to thank you for showing up on the field, to enlighten all of us with your Soul Light. It is because of You, I understand Me!! Thank you for Being!!!!
Big big (((((HUGZ)))) filled with crystalline changes thru the ALL!!!

A NEW PARADIGM, AWARENESS
10 CHARACTERISTICS OF HIGHLY EVOLVED BEINGS
JANUARY 11, 2018 OPENHEARTED REBEL
By Jeff Street, Wake Up World
Highly evolved beings, and the civilizations that they create, embrace principles and ways of being that create highly beneficial outcomes for all. Their civilizations are characterized by cooperation, harmony, and love rather than competition, conflict, and fear. The net result is civilizations where freedom, prosperity, and happiness abound.
I was inspired to write this article by the in-depth discussion of this topic found in the book, Conversations with God, Book 4: Awaken the Species by Neale Donald Walsch. This article is essentially a summary of that discussion peppered with my own insights.
Let’s dive into the ways of highly evolved beings and civilizations.
#1 – They Deeply Understand the Unity of All Life and Live Congruently
Highly evolved beings know the Oneness of all — they know we are all parts of a singular, yet multi-threaded, consciousness that is All That Is. They know that any apparent separation is an illusion because everything is part of one thing and it is all interconnected and interdependent. They know that any action they take that effects another being or thing ultimately effects everything else.
This is the single most important realization any being can have and in civilizations created by beings with this understanding it is the foundation of their way of life. They deeply know that what they do to another they are ultimately doing to themselves — and hence they treat everyone and everything with great care and respect.
#2 – They Always Tell The Truth
Highly evolved beings always tell the truth. They are essentially incapable of lying. They have deeply learned that deceiving themselves or others is counterproductive to achieving their highest intentions and desires, so they have absolutely no interest in lying. But even if they did, any attempt to do so would be easily detected by all those listening.
At the level of consciousness of highly evolved beings, their ability to sense energy and vibration is greatly enhanced (everything is energy; matter, light, thoughts, emotion, etc) and so any attempt to communicate something that is untrue would be readily apparent to all listening. At this level, a being cannot communicate something that is untrue and not radically alter the energy they are emitting.
In stark contrast, denial and deception run rampant in Humanity — we frequently lie to ourselves as well as others, and we are easily deceived. Only by transcending separation consciousness, only when we realize that we are all expressions of the same one consciousness, the same one being, and by embracing the unity and equality of all beingness will we eliminate the need to deceive and avoid all the associated undesirable consequences.
As an example of how we lie to ourselves, consider the violence that is portrayed in our entertainment and its connection to the increasing violence in our society. The portrayal of violence runs rampant in our movies and TV programs, in our video games, and even in our children’s toys. You’d have a hard time convincing a highly evolved being that the constant stream of violent images we bombard our children with has no effects on their beliefs, attitudes, and behavior.
Humanity, on the other hand, can’t seem to admit that the increasing violence in our society arises, at least in part, from the continual onslaught of such images. Because if we did, we’d have to do something about it, and we feel powerless, so we just ignore it.
This pattern of seeing self-damaging behaviors and then doing nothing about them is a classic sign of immature beings. Highly evolved beings never hide from the truth, and they always speak the truth. And of course, when they speak the truth they also take congruent and appropriate action which is the subject of the next two points.
#3 – They Always Do What They Say
Highly evolved beings have a habit of speaking their truth, and they also have a habit of following through with what they say they will do, whether it is said to others or themselves. Their actions are always consistent with their words, they don’t say one thing and do another.
Humans on the other hand, often say one thing and do another — and then ignore, deny, or lie about it! Obvious examples abound.
For highly evolved beings, sticking to their word is a matter of honor and integrity. If they don’t think they’ll be likely, or able, to do something they don’t say it. If on the other hand, they meant what they said, but later they find they can’t keep their word because of unexpected circumstances, they will face it squarely and go talk to everyone involved to clear it up. They will humbly and truthfully explain why they won’t be able to do what you said.
#4 – They Always Do What Works
When highly evolved beings see a less than desirable situation and have understood why it exists, they always respond with something that works. They do not ignore it, deny that it exists, cover it up, do something that doesn’t address the true problem, or in some other way fail to take appropriate action — as is often the case with Humanity.
Examples abound, here are a few of them:
If our goal is to live a life of peace, joy, and love (which I sincerely hope it is), then violence does not work. This is immensely obvious if you take but a moment to contemplate history — isn’t it clear that retribution begets retribution, hate begets hate, violence begets violence. And yet we repeat the pattern over and over.
If our goal is to live long and healthy lives, then consuming meat daily, smoking known carcinogens continuously, and drinking alcohol regularly does not work. This has been amply proven, yet many of us continue to do these things.
If our goal is a society free of violence and war, then the modeling of violent behaviors and attitudes to your children, via our entertainment and toys, which has clearly been proven to facilitate the adoption of those violent tendencies, does not work and would be stopped immediately. Yet, we do nothing.
#5 – They Never Kill Each Other
Highly evolved beings never, under any circumstances, kill another incarnate being unless specifically asked by the other to do so. Within Humanity, murder and mass murder (war, etc) occur appallingly frequently. We justify much of this behavior as “self-defense.”
It’s interesting to note that in primitive societies all attack is called “defense.” And of course, we certainly have the “right” to defend ourselves and do so in any way we see fit — after all, we are free and sovereign beings, so we “have the right” to do anything we please. Yet, a highly evolved being would not kill another even in situations we would clearly consider self-defense.
This is because they understand that every act is an act of self-definition, every act defines who you are. You are creating yourself in each and every moment by what you choose to do, so it boils down to deciding who and what you want to be. Do we want to define ourselves as ones who are willing to do anything to survive, and create a dog-eat-dog kind of world in the process?
Ultimately, highly evolved civilizations transcend the need to kill others because they no longer create situations where they would find themselves needing to kill. And that’s because they have awakened to their Oneness, and every aspect of their attitudes and behaviors have changed dramatically.
When Humanity fully awakens then all the conflict and competition will end — no more killing, no more dog-eat-dog world. Instead, we will find ways to share everything and cooperate on a grand scale. And this new found level of cooperation and sharing will create an unprecedented level of prosperity and happiness for all, and no one will ever have any reason to attack or defend (physically, emotionally, financially, etc) for any reason ever again.
In the rare case that an unenlightened person chose to mortally attack you, you would simply allow yourself to be killed knowing that “death” is an illusion and peacefully exit physicality and return to your eternal non-physical self and existence. You would not choose to perpetuate more violence just for the survival of your physical body — which is not you; it’s just a temporary vehicle. When you know that the real you can’t die it changes everything!
Know then that the body is merely a garment. Go seek the wearer, not the cloak. — Rumi
But what if we were attacked by another civilization you might ask? Don’t we have to worry about another civilization coming to Earth one day and destroying us? This question is addressed in Conversations with God Book 4 and I will defer to it on this topic.
All I’ll say about this is that our fear of this scenario is being encouraged by a whole slew of alien invasion movies and the like. Given the benevolent extra-terrestrial presence that is here (i.e. highly evolved civilizations) trying to gently facilitate the awakening and evolution of Humanity, it makes you wonder if some or all the “alien fear porn” is the work of some agency with a nefarious agenda? If you’d like to explore this topic further, then I suggest you check out the work of Dr. Steven Greer. He is the world’s leading expert and most trust worthy source on the extra-terrestrial presence, and who, why, and how it is being hidden from us.
#6 – They Never Damage Their Environment
Highly evolved beings would never do anything that could potentially damage or harm the physical environment that supports their society. They deeply understand and appreciate the interconnection and interdependency of all life, and they deeply appreciate the environment that sustains them. They know that to continue to have their environment to provide for their needs, and for the needs of all generations to come, then they must live sustainably — they must live in a way that is gentle, careful, and thoughtful to their natural environment and planet and wisely husband her resources.
Humanity, on the other hand, continues to demonstrate a callous disregard for their environment using and abusing it, and poisoning it (and ourselves in the process)!
#7 – They Share Everything With Everyone, There is No Ownership
In highly evolved civilizations there is no such thing as “ownership.” This is because they understand that since they are all One, everything that exists belongs to everyone that exists. And hence, they share everything with everyone all the time.
A far cry from Humanity, which generally only shares with others in very limited circumstances. We have an economic system and mindset that encourages us to accumulate as much stuff that we can call our own as we can, and that encourages a relative few to horde the majority of the resources and wealth of the planet. To most of us, sharing everything probably seems completely impractical and unworkable. It’s very hard for us to imagine how sharing everything could work — but believe it or not, it works very well.
In highly evolved civilizations the idea of “ownership” is replaced by the concept of “stewardship.” Beings in those civilizations mutually agree on who will have stewardship responsibility for what, who will partner with whom, and who will perform what functions. The person or persons that care for and manage a given thing or resource (e.g; the stewards) do not “take” it as their own — they are simply responsible for managing it. It could be said that the resource is “owned” by the community and the steward of the resource is taking care of it on behalf of the community. But of course, enlightened communities understand all resources are essentially gifts from the Universe that are to be managed responsibly, and used fairly, for all those using it now, and in the future.
Those who accept stewardship of anything, be it land or something else, do not imagine that they “own” it. They understand that they are merely caring for and managing it for the benefit of the community. For instance, no one imagines, that just because they are stewards of a particular plot of land on the planet on which they incarnated, that they “own” the minerals, water, and whatever else is under that plot of land — all the way down to the center of the Earth. Nor does anyone imagine that they “own” the air, or the sky, above a particular plot of land — as high as the sky goes. Such ideas are absolutely ludicrous to highly evolved beings and any debates about who owns the “rights” to whatever seems utterly pointless to beings who understand that they are all One.
A big stumbling block to embracing the idea of “no ownership” is our difficulty in imagining how we would earn a living without the profit motive that seems so strongly linked to ownership. But unlike Humanity, highly evolved civilizations do not view living as something you have to “earn.” Systems can easily be devised that allows a society to fulfill individual and group needs without the members of that society having to sell their soul and abandon their dreams to survive. Many civilizations have created such systems and have demonstrated that they work very well — producing a high degree of freedom, prosperity, and happiness for all.
Highly evolved beings also have a different way of looking at “profit.” They do not consider it “profitable” if one individual benefits at the expense of another. They do not consider it honorable or acceptable if they get more and another gets less. In highly evolved civilizations, no one benefits unless everyone benefits. It might be said that they would measure profitability by how well a stewarded resource is managed and how well it provides benefits to the members of the community. And hence, they would likely describe the degree of success of any venture by using the term “beneficial,” rather than the term “profitable.”
If you still think a society sharing everything is unworkable consider that Humanity makes sharing work all the time on a small scale — with our loved ones and families. In this context, we generally care for others no matter what, regardless of what they’ve done.
What if we could extend our sense of family beyond blood relatives? What if we could start by caring about everyone in our community with that same type of bond and the same sense of connection that we have for our family members? And then what if we could extend it to everyone in our country, and then our world? This is the difference between highly evolved civilizations and Humanity — they feel that same connection, the same amount of compassion, care, and love for everyone in their society.
C’mon people now smile on your brother,
everybody get together and try and love another right now.
— The Youngbloods, Get Together
When you begin to stop seeing others as outsiders, when you begin to transcend “us” versus “them,” you are on the verge of a breakthrough in the evolution of your consciousness. When you can treat every single person with kindness and respect no matter what they have done, then you will have transcended separation and will have powerfully aligned with the unconditional love of the Source within you.
One of the root impediments to adopting a sharing economy is the belief that there is not enough for everyone, which leads to people wanting to make sure they get theirs, so someone else doesn’t get it instead — possessiveness, greed, hoarding, etc. The belief in scarcity is one of the key beliefs that is responsible for creating the type of world we live in (e.g; one characterized by conflict and competition).
The apparent scarcity of many things on our world is largely due to unfair or inefficient distribution, not any inherent scarcity. As a shameful example, there is actually enough food produced on this world for everyone yet many continue to starve. And of course, much of the apparent scarcity on our world is intentionally manufactured by commercial interests to maximize profits or by distribution strategies based on profit only mentalities which leaves many without even though there is plenty. And imagine if all of the energy and resources invested in the worlds war machines was applied to everyone’s welfare — we could easily solve most if not all of the worlds inequities!
Because highly evolved civilizations work cooperatively, share everything, tell and face the truth, and do what works, they rarely experience scarcity. But even more deeply, highly evolved beings have transcended scarcity altogether because they understand metaphysics and know that they are creating their reality with their thoughts and beliefs and so ultimately, scarcity is an illusion which is self-created.
#8 – They Work Together Cooperatively, There is No Competition
Highly evolved beings never compete with one another. They deeply know the Oneness of all and that what they do to another they ultimately do to themselves, so they work together for the greater good of all. They cannot bring themselves to gain at the expense of another and so competition all but disappears in their civilizations. When enlightened beings see the truth, they do what works and the strategy that works the best, in the long run, is cooperation and sharing.
Humanity has a long way to go in this regard. Competition, at every level, runs rampant. We have convinced ourselves that competition is healthy — that it motivates and produces more efficient outcomes. And in the short term it often does, but in the long run, it creates great inequities. We have fallen into endless and often ruthless competitions for everything — money, power, fame, love, attention, sex, everything — and it is killing us.
Franklin D. Roosevelt, the enlightened 32nd president of the United States, echoes this sentiment when he said this about competition and cooperation:
Competition has been shown to be useful up to a certain point and no further, but cooperation, which is the thing we must strive for today, begins where competition leaves off.
#9 – They Do Not Embrace the Principles of Justice and Punishment
Highly evolved societies do not embrace the principles that we refer to as “justice” and “punishment.” Enlightened beings understand that any being that acts to harm another is deeply wounded, deeply in pain and that their acts are simply a cry for help, a cry for love. Hence, they do not attempt to bring those that have done harm to justice or punish them. They have found that, in the long run, this approach is rarely effective. Instead, they reach out with compassion and love to help heal them.
They try to help heal these people in whatever way seems appropriate and effective. And they understand that judging and punishing is rarely either — because it does not heal a person’s core wounds and therefore alter their way of being or behavior. They know that doing so will likely only deepen and sustain the wounds and the problem. They know that only love can heal all wounds and transform people.
But how can a society function without laws and a judicial process, and the threat of punishment and incarceration that is the cornerstone of this system? How can beings co-exist without some sort of “code-of-conduct” and associated disciplinary system? The code of conduct of highly evolved beings is elegantly simple: Do not think, say, or do anything to another that you would not want to have thought, said, or done to you.
Sound familiar? Every religion on our planet teaches some version of what we’ve called “The Golden Rule.” The difference between human societies and highly evolved civilizations is that they actually apply The Golden Rule in their lives, rather than just giving it lip service.
But what happens in these civilizations if someone breaks The Golden Rule? Is it considered a “crime?” Believe it or not, there is no such thing as “crime and punishment” in highly evolved civilizations. No one commits a “crime,” because everyone understands that they are All One, and that an offense against, or harm to, another is an offense against their self.
And since their are no crimes, there is no need of what we might call “justice.” The concept of “justice” is interpreted and expressed in a different way, not as “punishment” but as “appropriate action,” and in most cases, the appropriate action is far different than what would occur in our society. A typical example is, rather than punishment and incarceration the action that would be taken would be education, support, and rehabilitation.
Justice is not something you experience after you act a certain way, but because you act a certain way. Justice is an act, not punishment for an act. An enlightened civilization understands this. The problem with our society is that we seek “justice” after an “injustice” has occurred, rather than “doing justice” in the first place, through the choices and actions that we make — justice is an action, not a reaction. When everyone in our society acts justly (e.g; follows The Golden Rule), we will not need judicial and incarceration systems.
#10 – They Do Not Believe in or Experience Lack
Highly evolved beings know that “lack” is a self-created experience and they have transcended it. They understand metaphysics deeply and know that they are eternal beings — that their ultimate essence is pure consciousness, non-physical and formless, and hence they do not fear death and are not concerned about their survival.
When survival isn’t the issue, the idea of lack begins to dissolve. Fear of not having enough is further dissolved by their knowing that they are creators — that what they experience (their reality) is created by their thoughts, beliefs, intentions, and desires and hence what they can experience is limited only to what they can imagine — and they have gotten very good at imagining only an abundance of health, happiness, and prosperity. At this level of consciousness, sometimes referred to as Creator Consciousness (versus Victim Consciousness), abundance is guaranteed.
At the level of existence of highly evolved civilizations they are no longer concerned with whether they will survive, or have enough, but in what manner they will live life to its fullest and create wonderful experiences for all.
Humanity is far from this level of consciousness and existence. Fear of not having enough, and survival runs deep, and it is one of the core reasons why there is so much competition, conflict, inequities, and suffering in our world.
But most of the perceived shortages on our planet are illusory. A good example is the supply of food. On our world, over 650 of our children die of starvation every hour — which seems to indicate there is a shortage of food. Yet we scrape enough food off our plates in restaurants to feed whole countries; no child needs to starve to death. The U.S. Department of Agriculture estimates food waste in the United States alone to be about 30 to 40 percent of the food supply — an estimated 133 billion pounds of food wasted.
This is a situation that would never, ever occur in highly evolved civilizations. They would simply make it a priority to figure out how to solve the issue, which is more one of distribution than it is of lack of supply. They would figure out how to “share” the food more effectively, rather than accept poverty as endemic.
We have explored some of the key characteristics that distinguish highly evolved civilizations from others that are less so. If you’d like to explore these in more depth or learn about some of the other distinguishing characteristics not discussed here then check out Conversations with God, Book 4: Awaken the Species.
The example offered to us by highly evolved civilizations provides a tried and true model for us to adopt that can enable us to create that better world that we all yearn for. This model can be summed up very simply — caring, and sharing, and cooperation is a powerful combination that can transform our world!
You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us and the world will live as one.
— John Lennon, Imagine
Let’s be the change we wish to see in the world and create a wonderful new earth together!
P.S. Here’s video featuring Neale Donald Walsch, which discusses a hypothetical situation and a highly-evolved response. Enjoy, — Jeff

There is such liberation and joy in finding one’s own vibration and unleashing it fully in the world. Can you think of a time when you were in touch with and living true to you? A time when you were in your strength and power. What does it feel like? Strong, free, vibrant, playful, joyful, liberating, empowering… these are some of the words that come to mind. Yet for many of us, remaining in touch with our own vibe is a challenge. The world is full of distraction and it’s easy to be pulled out into something other than our own truth and beingness.
In our current world there are so many influences that try to make us like everyone else. Ingrained social conditioning places much emphasis on doing and success is often based on things such as material gain and power. From an early age we are given roles that may not necessarily be in our best interest. We are encouraged to behave well, study hard, find a good job and make lots of money and so forth… Society doesn’t place much value on being, expressing or creativity just for the sake of it. Our own unique expression and vibration is not widely respected.
However, the full expression of our selves is so inspiring, fulfilling and worthwhile. We don’t need others to tell us how to be or what to do, inside we have all our own answers. When we surrender and let go of any external demands, we can find true love and joy. Sometimes there is the temptation to look to the outer world to provide us with solutions and to be a source of our peace and happiness. We may find being true to our own vibe difficult because of insecurities or lack of self worth. We may act in a particular way or compromise our own vibe in order to fit in or feel loved by others. Yet ultimately ease, peace and acceptance needs to come from within. This quote from Mary O Malley’s book “What’s in the Way is the Way” speaks strongly “No love from outside of you will ever fully satisfy you, because the only way to relieve that longing is to know who you truly are.”
Of course, this does not mean we dismiss the outer world, it is also part of us, it can be a very valuable teacher and massive source of inspiration in our lives. What we see in the outer world is a reflection of our inner world, the external offers us a mirror so that we can see ourselves and feel our own vibe more clearly. Have you ever noticed that when we feel love for someone, we feel it inside of ourselves – the love is in us! As the Dalai Lama once said “The ultimate source of happiness is within us”
So what about the pain and suffering that we experience in the world and within us? It can be beneficial to remember that our soul wants to take us into the places where we get tight, so that we can release the tensions and blockages that restrict us. Working through these distortions paradoxically helps us to get to know ourselves better, to evolve and grow. By confronting and working through these difficult places we come back to our own vibe, stronger and more connected. There appears to be a delicate balance between working through our pain and discomfort and living from a place of joy and lightness.
A Unique Expression of The One
We are each a unique expression within the Universe and finding our unique vibration is so vital. It’s easy to be swept along by others or identify with our emotions. We are not our emotions, we may feel sad, though we are not sadness. Particularly for empaths or sensitive people this can be challenging, as they tend to feel the energy and emotions of others within their own field. It can take some awareness and experience to recognize when we are identified with something other than ourselves. We can subtly (sometimes not so subtly) sense what another might want or need and align ourselves with another’s truth rather than our own. This can happen to such an extent that we are no longer aware of our own vibe.
Some of us have an unhealthy need to maintain harmony, even at the expense of our own truth. Others in order to gain a sense of belonging can mesh or combine their energies with that of a group to the extent that they lose connection with themselves. Awareness of this is a massive key, once we become aware of such patterns playing out in our lives, we have a choice. We can continue to compromise ourselves and blend with others or find new ways of connecting with our own vibration and living our truth. We can chose to find our own way in any moment, we each have a unique path as an expression of the Whole. As the great mystic poet Rumi said “It’s your road and yours alone, others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.”
How to Find Your Own Vibration:
Here are some suggestions for ways in which you can attune to your own vibration. Of course each of us is unique and some of these suggestions may resonate and others may not. It is important to explore what feels right for you.
Watch and notice how you are, what goes on inside of you in the varied situations and circumstances in which you find yourself. Pay particular attention when you are around other people, do you lose your sense of self in particular situations? Become curious about what is happening in your life.
Find the core of your beingness, it can be really beneficial to breathe down into your belly and feel your power from here (or wherever you feel it inside). It fuels the flames of our fire within.
Find what brings you joy – spend time doing things that bring lightness and ease. Give yourself permission to play, have a bath, an afternoon nap or whatever else nourishes you. Perhaps leave some time aside each week and take yourself on a date, do something inspiring and nourishing for you, visit an art gallery, go out for dinner… etc
Do what feels right for you, even if it seems like you may disappoint others or not live up to the expectations of society. Express your truth and honour your boundaries!
Unleash your creativity — dance, sing, write, paint or create whatever floats your boat so to speak.
Spend time in quiet, meditate or go for walks in nature. It’s great if you can find time to yourself every day.
Sometimes you may need significant time on your own and it may be right to withdraw from family and friends for a period of time until you find yourself again.
Accept and embrace the challenges in your life, work with rather than deny or avoid your pain. By clearing your blockages and tension you gain a deeper connection with your true self.
Notice signs and synchronicites that may be guiding you, the key is to notice how you feel about them inside.
Get in touch with your gratitude and appreciate the wonder of the world around you.
Here is an inspirational video to encourage you on your journey of tuning into your own vibration and following your heart.
Best wishes in finding your own vibration. May the path of exploration bring you to a place of truth and authenticity, so that you can feel your power and joy. Your vibe rocks!
With love and blessings,

Things have drastically changed since Galileo was placed under house arrest for his scientifically accurate views, simply because they threatened the beliefs put out by the Catholic Church at the time.
Today, things have changed, to an extent. We still have information that is heavily controlled by the global elite. This small group of people and the corporations they run practically control all aspects of our lives, from media and finance to healthcare, education, and more. Most importantly, they control all of the information we see and read, whilst labelling everything else as ‘fake news.’ It’s a good thing this isn’t considered a conspiracy theory anymore, because if it were, we’d be in big trouble. Eisenhower warned us about the potential of “misplaced” power that would severely undermine American democracy. JFK warned us about the fact that there are those who wish to capitalize on an announced need for increased security, and that it would be “seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of censorship and concealment.” Today, some historians estimate that the U.S. government classifies trillions of new pages of text every single year. You can read more about that topic, the Black Budget, and Special Access Programs (SAPs) here.
Things are different in the sense that the religious and spiritual communities are much more open to information and evidence that help us to understand the true nature of reality. Many religious and spiritual teachings are actually being confirmed by science, and that is evident by the list below. Take, for example, the Dalai Lama. He’s never been a stranger to science, and throughout his leadership he’s constantly advocated for the collusion of science and Eastern philosophy.
As Vice News points out:
This intersection of interests was manifest in the diversity of His audience, which was comprised of roughly 150 Tibetan bhikkhus, academics, and students who had piled into the conference center at Jawaharlal Nehru University to listen to the Dalai Lama and a panel of physicists and monastic scholars discuss the intersection of quantum physics and Madhyamaka Buddhist philosophy.
It’s truly amazing, especially in the fields of neuroscience and quantum physics, just how much knowledge our ancient cultures had regarding the true nature of reality. In many cases, modern day science is in fact catching up to this ancient knowledge. Personally, I believe science can take us far, but only so far, as we are burdened today by scientific dogmas and an industry plagued by corruption.
“Despite the unrivaled empirical success of quantum theory, the very suggestion that it may be literally true as a description of nature is still greeted with cynicism, incomprehension and even anger.”
– T. Folger, “Quantum Shmantum”; Discover 22:37-43, 2001
Non-material science began to emerge at the turn of the nineteenth century when physicists started to explore the relationship between energy and the structure of matter. When they did this, the belief that a physical, Newtonian material universe was at the very heart of scientific knowledge was abandoned, and the realization that matter is nothing but an illusion replaced it. The very make-up of an atom is comprised of what we believe to be empty space. At this point, scientists began to recognize that everything in the universe is made out of energy, and this has been known in the scientific community for more than one hundred years.
“Some materialistically inclined scientists and philosophers refuse to acknowledge these phenomena because they are not consistent with their exclusive conception of the world. Rejection of post-materialist investigation of nature or refusal to publish strong science findings supporting a post-materialist framework are antithetical to the true spirit of scientific inquiry, which is that empirical data must always be adequately dealt with. Data which do not fit favored theories and beliefs cannot be dismissed a priori. Such dismissal is the realm of ideology, not science.”
– Dr. Gary Schwartz, professor of psychology, medicine, neurology, psychiatry and surgery at the University of Arizona (source linked below)
Although scientific methods based upon materialistic philosophy have contributed much to our world, this philosophy has dominated the world of academia to the point that it has restricted the sciences from exploring other models and prevented the equal study of mind and spirituality. When we discovered phenomena that could not be explained by classical physics, it led to the development of quantum mechanics. This introduced the concepts of energy, frequency, emotions, feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and consciousness. It’s since been discovered that these concepts play a vital role in what we refer to as the physical material world today.
“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”
– Nikola Tesla
The points made here summarize the problem with not recognizing, acknowledging, and examining phenomena that go past the borders of the physical material world. These points were co-authored by Dr. Gary Schwartz of the University of Arizona, Dr. Mario Beauregard of the University of Arizona, and Dr. Lisa Miller of Columbia University. It was presented at an international summit on post-materialist science, spirituality, and society.
**** The Summary Report of the International Summit on Post-Materialist Science, Spirituality and Society can be downloaded here: International Summit on Post-Materialist Science: Summary Report (PDF).
As far as spirituality is concerned, the idea that you can control your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and use them to manifest your reality, is commonplace. The existence of “Chi” or “Prana” from ancient Eastern traditions both acknowledge this non-material world. Also known to some as the “Akash” or “Aether,” or that from which all comes. The primary source of creation in these realms is non-physical forces that our senses cannot identify, but modern day scientific methods can.
“The aakaash is not destructible, it is the primordial absolute substratum that creates cosmic matter and hence the properties of aakaash are not found in the material properties that are in a sense relative. The aakaash is the eternally existent, superfluid reality, for which creation and destruction are inapplicable.”
– Paramahamsa Tewari, engineer, physicist and inventor (source)
“And they allowed Apollonius to ask questions; and he asked them of what they thought the cosmos was composed; but they replied; “Of elements.” “Are there then four?” he asked. “Not four,” said Larchas, “but five.” “And how can there be a fifth,” said Apollonius, “alongside of water and air and earth and fire?” “There is the ether,” replied the other, “which we must regard as the stuff of which gods are made; for just as all mortal creatures inhale the wire, so do immortal and divine natures inhale the ether.” “Am I,” said Appollonius, “to regard the universe as a living creature?” “Yes,” said the other.
– The Life of Apollonius of Tyana, Philostratus, 220AD (source)
These concepts are now at the heart of modern day quantum physics and neuroscience. Most of our pioneering scientists were actually mystics. Take Nikola Tesla, for example. He was heavily influenced by Vedic philosphy, and had correlations with Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902), who was one of the most famous and influential spiritual leaders of the philosophies of Vedanta (one of the six schools of Hindu philosophy, the term originally referred to the Upanishads, a collection of philosophical texts in Hinduism and yoga. He was the chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and the founder of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission. He is a giant figure in the history of the Hindu reform movements.
Yo can read more about that and how Tesla was influenced by Vedic Philosophy here.
“No point is more central than this, that empty space is not empty. It is the seat of the most violent physics”
– John Archibald Wheeler
The Mystery of Consciousness
“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.”
The quote above is from Max Planck, a physicist who has been credited with originating quantum theory, which won him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918.
“It was not possible to formulate the laws of quantum mechanics in a fully consistent way without reference to consciousness.”
– Eugene Wigner, theoretical physicist and mathematician. He received a share of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1963.
There are a number who share the same sentiment, and plenty of science showing that factors associated with consciousness do indeed have an effect on our physical material world, so much so that one wouldn’t really know where to start. This topic also branched off from the information listed above.
The quantum double slit experiment is a very popular experiment used to examine how consciousness and our physical material world are intertwined. It is a great example that documents how factors associated with consciousness and our physical material world are connected in some way.
One potential revelation of this experience is that “the observer creates the reality.” A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays by Dean Radin, PhD, explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. (source)
Then we have topics such as telepathy and psychokinesis that fit into this realm.
“Broadly speaking, although there are some differences, I think Buddhist philosophy and Quantum Mechanics can shake hands on their view of the world. We can see in these great examples the fruits of human thinking. Regardless of the admiration we feel for these great thinkers, we should not lose sight of the fact that they were human beings just as we are.”
– The Dalai Lama

Below is a discussion about consciousness, what it is, and where it is, by Deepak Chopra. There are many such discussions on this topic, and personally I don’t really think consciousness can be completely defined or understood, but I think we are close. It’s amazing to see more science examine this concept given the fact that it was spoken and written about thousands of years ago.
It’s fascinating to consider just how many ancient teachings tell us that humans have the capacity to gain extraordinary powers through various techniques. Some of these techniques, known as siddhis in the yoga tradition (from the Sanskrit, meaning “perfection”), include meditation, static dancing, drumming, praying, fasting, psychedelics, and more.
In Buddhism, for example, the existence of advanced powers is readily acknowledged; in fact, Buddha expected his disciples to be able to attain these abilities, but also to not become distracted by them.
A professor of Buddhist and Tibetan Studies at the University of Michigan, Donald Lopez Jr., describes the many abilities ascribed to Buddha:
With this enlightenment, he was believed to possess all manner of supernormal powers, including full knowledge of each of his own past lives and those of other beings, the ability to know others’ thoughts, the ability to create doubles of himself, the ability to rise into the air and simultaneously shoot fire and water from his body. . . . Although he passed into nirvana at the age of eighty-one, he could have lived “for an aeon or until the end of the aeon” if only he had been asked to do so. (source)
This is correlated with modern day scientific study of ‘super powers.’
Russell Targ, for instance, is a physicist and author, a pioneer in the development of the laser and laser applications, and a cofounder of the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) investigation of psychic abilities in the 1970s and 1980s. SRI is a research and development think tank in Menlo Park, California. Called remote viewing, his work in the psychic area has been published in Nature, The Proceedings of the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), and the Proceedings of the American Association the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
He recently gave an interesting talk tilted “Everything I Know About ESP.”
The point here is that these phenomena are studied at the highest levels of government, and they correlate directly with ancient stories stemming from various cultures of people with ‘superhuman’ abilities.
Health and Fasting
“Humans live on one-quarter of what they eat; on the other three-quarters lives their doctor.”
– Egyptian pyramid inscription, 3800 B.C.
Fasting is a tradition that was incorporated into many ancient cultures, from ancient Vedic traditions to Buddhist traditions and more. Fasting is not to be confused with starvation; it’s the process of restrain and control from the sensorial experience of eating. Many religions and spiritual teachers have urged others to fast in order to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. It’s no secret that fasting is one of the, if not the, oldest health interventions known to man.
This is probably one of the best examples of modern day science catching up to ancient Eastern mysticism. Within the past couple of years, an enormous amount of research has shed light on the health benefits of fasting. Studies have shown that, if done properly, it completely reverses type two diabetes, kills cancer, regenerates stem cells, regenerates the pancreas, repairs damaged DNA, and flushes toxins from the body. It also helps to reverse multiple age related diseases and repair the brain.
Despite these facts, doctors still advise against it, without any science to back it up. All of the science points towards nothing but good things, which are detailed in several articles we’ve published on the topic, which you can see below:

Life After Death
Is the brain a receiver of consciousness, or is consciousness a product of the brain? Although science has not yet shown with absolute certainty that consciousness exists separately from our physical organs, there is a lot of evidence (both anecdotal and scientific) that indicates that consciousness is something completely separate — that it continues on even after we have deceased, that it is and can be a separate “thing” from the brain. There seems to be a lot of consistency when it comes to studies that have examined this issue. New findings within this field are rapidly changing how we perceive and relate to the physical world.
Life after death is obviously a common topic within spirituality and religion, although all do not agree on exactly what happens.
Below is a video of Dr. Bruce Greyson speaking at a conference that was held by the United Nations. An Emeritus professor of psychiatry and neurobehavioural science at the University of Virginia, he is considered to be one of the fathers of near death studies.
In the video, he describes documented cases of individuals who were clinically dead (showing no brain activity), but observing everything that was happening to them on the medical table below at the same time. He describes how there have been many instances of this — where individuals are able to describe things that should have been impossible to describe. Another significant statement by Dr. Greyson posits that this type of study has been discouraged due to our tendency to view science as completely materialistic. Seeing is believing, so to speak, in the scientific community. It’s unfortunate that just because we cannot explain something through materialistic means, it must be instantly discredited. The simple fact that “consciousness” itself is a non-physical “thing” is troubling for some scientists to comprehend, and as a result of it being non-material, they believe it cannot be studied by science.
A number of scientific publications have been made on this topic. For example, in 2001, international medical journal The Lancet published a 13-year study on Near Death Experiences (NDEs). (2)(3)
“Our results show that medical factors cannot account for the occurrence of NDE. All patients had a cardiac arrest, and were clinically dead with unconsciousness resulting from insufficient blood supply to the brain. In those circumstances, the EEG (a measure of brain electrical activity) becomes flat, and if CPR is not started within 5-10 minutes, irreparable damage is done to the brain and the patient will die.”
A total of 344 patients were monitored by the team of researchers, and an astounding 18% of them had some sort of memory from when they were dead, or unconscious (no brain activity), and 12% (one out of every eight) had a very strong and “deep” experience. Keep in mind that these experiences have occurred when there is no electrical activity in the brain following cardiac arrest.
You can find more examples at the bottom of this article.
We Are All Interconnected
This is a common theme in spirituality — how we are all connected to each other, and how we can all co-exist and thrive together. If we understand how everything is interconnected, we can make better decisions and become more aware of what impacts we are having not just on a physical level, but on a mental level as well.
This type of interconnectedness spoken of in spiritual teachings is also demonstrated by science. Take Quantum Entanglement, for example, a strange phenomenon that Einstein referred to as “spooky action at a distance.”
Multiple studies have confirmed this to be real. For example, an experiment devised by the Griffith University’s Centre for Quantum Dynamics, led by Professor Howard Wiseman and his team of researchers at the University of Tokyo, recently published a paper in the journal Nature Communications confirming the existence of something Einstein did not believe to be real: the non-local collapse of a particle’s wave function.
They did this by splitting a single photon between two laboratories, and testing whether measurement of it in one laboratory would actually cause a change in the local quantum state in the other laboratory. In doing so, researchers were able to verify the entanglement of the split single photon.
Elizabeth Rauscher, a nuclear physicist who is a former researcher with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Livermore National Laboratory, and the Stanford Research Institute, as well as NASA, gave an interview where she said that quantum entanglement experiments have been conducted with NASA astronauts in space.
What it means is that either information is travelling faster than the speed of light, or there is no such thing as seperation, that there is an instantaneous transfer. This would mean that space is simply the construct that gives us the illusion of separation.
Below is the trailer to a great documentary that explores this topic even further. It’s called The Connected Universe. All of the studies conducted in parapsychology, psychokensis, and telepathy (government studies mentioned above) also lend more credibility to this hypothesis.
The Mind-Body Connection
“A growing body of scientific research suggests that our mind can play an important role in healing our body — or in staying healthy in the first place. . . There are now several lines of research suggesting that our mental perception of the world constantly informs and guides our immune system in a way that makes us better able to respond to future threats. That was a sort of ‘aha’ moment for me — where the idea of an entwined mind and body suddenly made more scientific sense than an ephemeral consciousness that’s somehow separated from our physical selves.”
– Garth Cook from Scientific American
We’ve covered this topic extensively, and it’s truly amazing. Spirituality advocates for the healing powers of the mind, and how our mind, thoughts, and emotions influence our health and those around us.
I’ve put together a few articles on the topic that go more in-depth if you want to read more about it:
This Is How Powerful The Mind-Body Connection Really Is
What Science Is Telling Us About The Heart’s Intuitive Intelligence
What Science Is Telling Us About Earth’s Electromagnetic Fields & How They Connect To Our Own
Above is a quick summary of points under each heading to show you that there is a connection here. If you feel the need to explore the topics further, please do so.
I felt compelled to share these similarities between science and spirituality because, within the mainstream, they are seen as completely separate topics that don’t relate to each other at all. This is puzzling, because there are so many examples of instances where they do intersect and complement each other.
Based on all of my research into quantum physics, neuroscience, and other science in general, these similarities are not hard to see. In fact, in some cases, modern day science completely confirms ancient Eastern philosophy.
Perhaps our planet needs to return to its ancient spiritual roots, and since we are so programmed in this modern world to see science as the bearer of truth, perhaps it can help lift us into a more spiritual type of existence — one where we acknowledge these facts and what spirituality has to offer us. I do believe we are currently in the midst of a spiritual revolution, and the science coming out that’s confirming these concepts only helps the cause.
At some point we have to question our belief systems that’ve been ingrained into us over the years, and question whether spirituality is “just another religion,” because it definitely doesn’t seem that way. Thanks for reading.
